Scubadiving Philippines. Sardine run on a budget, turtles and frog fish in Moalboal (Cebu)

Today we have another video from the Philippines and we are going diving in Moalboal.
Underwater Moalboal is famous for the fact that here you can see the year-round "sardine run".
I put "sardine run" in quotation marks, because, of course, this is not a real run of sardines like in South Africa, when schools of fish move to spawn, but just a huge ball of sardines.
