To gain experience, skills in Nepal is difficult, there is politics and power in IT companies. To those spends 4 years in college and want to train and intern, you need someone you know in those field. From private to government system is being corrupted day by day.
Not true.
It's always good to have some connection but that doesn't have to be your relative or something. And it's not difficult to build network.
For building connection and network, you need to attend events, be more proactive and learn things.
2 examples, Sushmit's uncle doesn't work at e-signature, none of my relative work at leapfrog.
There's no politics when it comes to hiring right talents. Stop spreading lies.

Afule select gareko course sabai jaso lai it's not my kind jasto huncha. Subject dherai huncha padnai paryo. Malai ek thopa maan pardaina thyo mero course. Mehenat gare ta ramro bhaihalincha ni don't worry. Bistarai gardai jane ho sabai kura. Attina parne kei chaina. Never stop learning.

I don't know who told you that you have to do MCA. In software engineering field, if you have skill, you'll get jobs without degree.
Degree can be some form of validation at some companies but that's not mandatory.
You can obviously learn everything through internet too.

So what if i want to pursue my career abroad in IT field(kind of), does diploma helps? Your opinion please 😊 (Asking hai not pointing 😊)
