Is something wrong with this project? Rera was received long time back and they still have units available. Heard their deal with freeport is not completely through yet. Hdfc rejected their application for a loan ? are they under financial stress?Not sure how they are planning to deliver project. Freeport want the handover by Dec 2025 so that they can work on the interiors. Something major is wrong with this project for sure.
