Very meaning ful session. This technique of Sakar looks like it won't work, but actually if practised for 30 minutes, it really helps a lot. Mind becomes stable. Just that one has to develop practise . I have met some people who sincerely follow this conscious way of breathing and it's true they are leading happy, cheerful lives even in the age of 60 and 70 .
