If you hold down on the cruise control for a moment, it disables the distance stuff. That way you can use the good old cruise control without your car automatically braking.
I was shown how to switch off the lane centering function when I picked up my car. Just off to re set tyre warning light. Nothing wrong with the pressure, it is a little problem people are starting to report according to the Dealership.
See if you can find the option for turning off the ESE (engine sound enhancement) and the ANC (active noise cancelling) I just did mine with the scanner.
It's included in the convenience pack. High performance pack doesn't have it. (You can see it's convenience pack because it says JBL on the center console too)

I think a scanner is probably the only way to do it. It'd be nice if the diagnostics menu had a big off switch

not sure why your battery has a drain tube? i would call that a breather tube on it tho.
Its probably VRLA battery. Valve regulated lead acid. So its just for the pressure release valve.

Either the dealer can turn it off, or an obd reader and the carista app can apparently turn it off and on again
