    good video but u left out some steps from the video ... when did u remove the rack below the flat?? how much longer did the flat stay in the box to finish it?? just curious

    I'm sure those burnt ends are very tasty, but you don't cut 'em and sauce 'em and put 'em back in. That's not a genuine burnt end. That's like AutoTune for meat.
