Thanks! Just used your link. Life saver! I'm using it as an conversational form option.
Thanks, I really appreciate it 💪
Hi !
Awesome plugin, very flexible ! I’m currently using it for delivery purposes. Here’s my goal :
- I have a list of cities and they all fit in several categories named “A, B, C, etc”
On my form I want the user to choose a pick up adress, and a delivery adress ; when city from category A meets city from category B, the price is 100€.
my question is this : should I enter all my cities ( I have 1500) and give them their category as woocommerce products, and then create my form ?
Where should I fill in the info?
Kind regards
wow that was so informative thank you !! u def deserve follow
Thanks so much for the kind words! I really appreciate it and am glad you found the video helpful. It would mean a lot to me if you decided to follow my channel - thank you again :)
Is it possible to create two forms and connect them? I currently have one large form, but it takes 15 seconds to load the form and I feel like customers think it's not working because it takes so long. I want to cut my current form into two and connect them in hopes that the initial half will load quicker. Thank you for your reply in advance!
Hello SaaS Master,
I've been using the plugin for a while now and wanted to renew my forms. Unfortunately it doesn't save my settings regarding text size and colors. Unfortunately, I can no longer customize my forms. Do you perhaps have a tip for me as to what could be the problem?
Thank you for your tutorial. Would you please let us know how to link to popup?
hello, is it possible to have read only number field as a result of calculation ?
Is it possible to let the user type in a custom amount, for example "100$", and add that to the total price?
Hi George the plugin seems fantastic to me and with a great variety of options but I have some questions.
In my country (colombia) it is difficult to work with PayPal or stripe because they do not handle our currency (COP) so I have to work with woocommerce and PayU payment gateway.
If I create a form that has many variables such as your example of a web design or a mobile application, how to make all the variables and the final value to pass to the woocommerce shopping cart as the user selected previously in the form?
I read your documentation and as I understood if I want to work with the woocommerce shopping cart I must create a product there, but the problem is the variables and prices that I would have in the form, this means that I must create as many products as variables have to recognize the product with the variables that the user has selected?
if you have a better explanation or a clearer documentation of how this is done in a simpler way such as if you activate the PayPal option where it shows your total final value and you can pay the selected product with all its variants. sorry for my english I hope yo can understand me.
The WP Cost Estimator plugin can be used to create a form with many variables and calculate a final value for a product or service, but it does not integrate directly with the Woocommerce shopping cart. However, there are a few ways you can use the plugin in conjunction with Woocommerce to achieve the desired functionality:
Create a single product in Woocommerce with a variable price. You can set up a product in Woocommerce with a variable price and then use the WP Cost Estimator plugin to calculate the final value based on the user's selections. The user would then be redirected to the product page in Woocommerce to complete their purchase.
Create a custom plugin or script to pass the data from the form to the shopping cart. You can use the data collected by the WP Cost Estimator plugin to create a custom plugin or script that adds the product to the Woocommerce shopping cart with the selected options and calculated final value.
Use a third-party plugin to integrate the two. There are some third-party plugins available that allow you to integrate the WP Cost Estimator plugin with Woocommerce, such as Gravity Forms Product Add-Ons or WooCommerce Product Add-Ons.
Any suggestions about good CRMs to receive submissions from these forms? I am using forminator but i am unable to find any good tool to receive all the submissions including the calculated data at one platform.
There are many customer relationship management (CRM) systems available that can help you receive and manage submissions from forms. Here are a few popular options:
Salesforce: Salesforce is one of the most popular CRM systems and it offers a wide range of features that can help you manage customer interactions and data. It also integrates with many form building tools like Forminator, and can store the calculated data submitted by the form.
Hubspot: Hubspot is another popular CRM that offers a wide range of features for managing customer interactions and data. It also integrates with many form building tools and allows you to store the calculated data submitted by the form.
Zoho CRM: Zoho CRM is a popular and affordable CRM option that offers a wide range of features for managing customer interactions and data. It also integrates with many form building tools and allows you to store the calculated data submitted by the form.
Pipedrive: Pipedrive is a simple and user-friendly CRM system that is great for small businesses. It also allows you to store the calculated data submitted by the form and integrate with many form building tools.
Microsoft Dynamics: Microsoft Dynamics is a powerful CRM system that offers a wide range of features for managing customer interactions and data. It also integrates with many form building tools and allows you to store the calculated data submitted by the form.
These are just a few examples of CRM systems that can help you manage submissions from forms. It's important to evaluate each one and choose the one that best fits your business needs and budget.
It's important to check the integration options and the form fields that are supported, you can also check the customer support and reviews on the internet before making a final decision.
Hey !
Any idea if this plugin works work customizable products, which the customers can add to cart at the final step?
ex. I sell customizable t-shirts
Step 1: Choose Color
Step 2: Choose Long or Short sleeve
Step 3: Upload photo
Step 4: Add to cart?
Thank you :-)
Yes it will
I cannot get the plug into actually work when I try to embed it into one of the pages? Do you have any recommendations or plugins that tend to conflict with cost calculator? I've tried deactivating multiple ones to see if it works but it doesn't
Check for theme conflicts: Temporarily switch to a default WordPress theme like (e.g., Twenty Twenty-One) and test if the issue persists. If it works, there might be a conflict with your current theme.
Thank you, but a simple question: where can I see what "items" are associated with? I have to build an expression, a quantity that is the result of some fields (some of them set by the user as integers, range etc). I add components but I cannot see how to set their names to build the expression. I did read the online documentation, but I find it unclear. It doesn't explains simple things like this.
same thing happens to me
T
o view the items in your marketplace, you can navigate to the Products section of the WCFM dashboard, where you can see a list of all the products available in your marketplace. From there, you can click on a specific product to view its details and associated metadata.
To build an expression that combines different fields, you can use the WCFM Custom Fields feature. Within the WCFM dashboard, go to the Custom Fields section and create a new custom field. You can give it a name and choose the field type (such as text, number, or range). Once you've created your custom field, you can associate it with a specific product or vendor by selecting it from the list of available custom fields when editing a product or vendor.
To reference a custom field in your expression, you can use the field's name as a variable. For example, if you created a custom field called "quantity" and a custom field called "price", you could use the expression "quantity * price" to calculate the total price of a product.
Is it possible to have 2 prices?
1. One-time fee.
2. Monthly fee
being build up? And printed in result?
You would have to ask that question before you get to payment. So the flow goes to one time fee
Hello, the product looks amazing. Do you offer a volume discount if we buy for multiple sites?
Hi, I actually don't sell the product. I created an overview video so people can see how good it is.
@@SaaSMaster I thought you made it. Do you still recommend it? Do you know any sites that use it currently on their sites to see it live in action?
Great video! but how do I install the plugin? I have bought it via Envato and got a zip-file, but when I do upload it to my wordpress site, it says there is nog correct plugin in the file. Thanks in advance!
Nevermind, I did download the full package, so it didnt recognize the plugin. There is a file within the full package zip-file
Correct. Glad you got it solved 😊

Steps might vary because of the version. Since I made this video things have changed a bit. Support will vary during these holidays. Did you contact the founder at this link 1.envato.market/n1OV46
Sorry.
Do you have any documentation where you teach how to use woocommerce with this plugin?
Sorry don't have that video
Option to buy this plug in for more than one website?
You have to buy 1 for each domain
Hello. thanks for this great Video. i want to buy the plugin. however, am a bit confused about the regular and extended licenses. how does this work in terms of time? does it work on a renewal basis or it's a one-time purchase. help me understand. thanks
You buy once and update for ever. But support is limited to 6 months. So after that if you need support you would have to pay additional.
@@SaaSMaster thanks
Is there the option to users acunt like registrer or log in?
Not that I have seen
Amazing plugin, but I and my clients don’t get an email after finish an order. do you have a solution for this? I have already sent an email to the maker, but he is not responding :(
Check email settings in the plugin.
Verify SMTP configuration.
Test email functionality.
Look in spam/junk folders.
Review server logs.
Is the same possible with Fluent Forms as well? If you know :)
In a simple form look some things are possible. But to achieve this look it could take many hours to get the look.
This is a great option to have a fantastic estimator look.
SaaS Master all right, thanks for your reply!
Hi Saas Master very amazing video: I need you to help please: I am using " WP Cost Estimation & Payment Forms Builder" and want to add a time slot on the booking calendar. I want to make to slots (9-1) and ( 1-5). These two slot should be shown after date selection and once selected by any client that should be unavailable for another client. Can you do this many developers were unable to do. thanks
have you find out how to do it?
@@CronYcK1 No I don't find the solution for that because here is no any options to select slot. Do you have any solution please
@@TayabBhatti193 you can try amelia booking, piotnet addons for elementor or jet form
@@CronYcK1 will it add the function of slot booking in WP Cost Estimations plugin?
Hi! To add time slots (9-1) and (1-5) to the "WP Cost Estimation & Payment Forms Builder" booking calendar, follow these steps:
1. Go to "Cost Estimation" > "Forms."
2. Select the form and add "Datepicker" element.
3. Open settings panel for Datepicker, enable "Time Slots."
4. Add two time slots: 09:00 - 13:00 and 13:00 - 17:00.
5. Limit each time slot's availability to one client.
6. Save changes and preview.
Clients will now see two available time slots after selecting a date, which will become unavailable after being booked.
any way to add paypal button at the end of the form?
With CSS
Hi, can you help im attempting to simply multiply one number field by another underneath it. so far I've used

[price] = ([item-1154_value]*[item-885_quantity]
}
&

if([item-885_value] >1 {
[price] = ([item-1154_value]*[item-885_value]

@@SaaSMaster where do i send a support ticket? thanks
what about the issue with date? it appears as 2 02e November 02e 2023
Have you contacted support about this?
Me gustaría intercambiar algunas ideas contigo. ¿Tienes un email? gracias
Si claro sinaloaeshop@gmail.com
What is the latest version?
you can check in the link in the description
Is it just me, or is the form designer a disaster? I can't make a proper lay-out, because the width of the row is changing constantly (1 of the many bugs). I can set the row on 'full width' and when I am clicking on 'save' it gets back to whatever it wants. Same for the background color of a row. I can change it to any color and I do see it changing on my screen, but when I click 'apply' it goes back to default.
Does anyone else has this problem, because it is getting a pain in the ass
Maybe it's caused by your theme. What are you using?
@@SaaSMaster I am using the divi builder. If it is the theme, how could I know? Can I change some settings or so?
Go to edit page and then select style at the right. Select fullwidth. And then use the width desired in the visual editor mode
@@SaaSMaster Thanks for your answer, but could you clarify a bit more? I haven't dedicated the form to any page yet. I am still in the E&P form builder.
Send me an uploaded screenshot of your problem

thanks for your tutorial. but, need more tutorial videos. Unfortunately, even the plugin's own youtube channel does not have enough tutorial videos. For this reason, I gave up buying.
I agree they need to make more tutorial videos so people can resolve 90% of their doubts
Its cool but the $23 only for one site license. Sigh. Thanks for the sales info
It's definitely worth it.
you have to recreate woocommerce product to use with this plugin too much glitch you need to use cache clearing everytime
Thanks for the tip!
Useless support, no answer, wasted money
Dang. Let me send them an email so they bump up support
