Chalice is definitely OP for that boss rush. Especially since the brothers can only party when they jump.
I hope to see many more interesting videos like this! 😚😚😚
Their Knouckout Animations Be Like
Pawns: *Soul Ascending*
Knight: Crazy Horse
Bishop: *Becomes A Church Organ*
Rook/Executioner: *Head Decapited*
Queen: *Fells Over*
Yugi just called, he wants his title back.
I love how their designs are based on their chess piece. Very clever
Edit: I was able to beat the King's Gauntlet yesterday and get the King's admiration achievement. It only took a few tries.
When you win in every stages, the choir in the end sang "VIC..... TOOO..... RYYYY~~~~!!!"
Pawns: Monkeys
Knight: Horse
Bishop: Turtle
Rook: Elephant
Queen: Leopard
King: Lion
I like how the Bishop's three heads are based off the three headed Jesus paintings
I was thinking in the three heads of satan in Dante's inferno
The KNIGHT!!! Ugghhhh, I'm terrible at parry and he is taking forever. His charge attack gets me every time
I’ve done every single one of these without damage except the executioner. For some reason I always miss a parry and the head hits me
Fun Fact: their game over screens are a reference to how they are used/how they move in Chess
The pawns:BOOOOoOO
Me: don't boo at me
This game is so creative it hurts
I like how how the king gives you extra coin when you defeated the queen. He was like "congrats for killing the living heck out of my wife here's your rewards"
by far the most annoying was the knight, you hardly get any chance to attack him and If you're off by even a second you will take damage, it's always hard to tell what he's gonna do next, it takes forever to defeat him, and if you actually put yourself in a safe distance, he'll charge at you with absolutely no room to escape. The queen was fun, I just didn't like the chattering teeth
Who else wishes the king himself was a boss? That would've been very interesting.
The Rook was by far the hardest one for me. The knight wasn't too hard, just took a lot of hits
0:39 I like this sound
King: I am the one true king... The king of games!
Yami yugi: Hold my beer...
Are they some sort of mini bosses?
Yes.
little cool detail: the mouse in the middle during the queen fight cheers when u land a hit on her
I convinced myself that the Pawns make the same spawn sound as the Royal Recruits from Clash Royale and now I can’t unhear it
Why does the rook has stone walls/stone tower tops on him instead of simply armor like the other pieces do?
Because he's part of a castle
Knight:come at me
*gets defeated a second later*
Pause the video at a point where the Knight has the full sword trail from his big overhead swing going. Now, who does that look like?
(Hint: C-C-C-C-C-C-COMBO BREAKER!)
The king is nicer than the others :3
fun fact, for each bosses you can actually see their chess piece as a banner or sorts with the queen having hers a bit hidden in the background
I like how the dlc is called the Delicious Last Course
D-elicius L-ast C-ourse
I love how the Bishop vomits incense which is a smoke used for religious purposes
I love how the kinght is like "ayo bitch come over ere"
The knight has ganandorfs up smash 💥 😂
