I'm actually in tears right now too, the performance arts office of our school did the Lion King for about one month and I was part of one of the musicians and I miss the people, the moments, and the show in general.
It's amazing that even though you have those blues, you still managed to put a smile on us punchers' face. This is the most sincere reaction ever. Thank you, Chris! Better days are ahead, just keep moving. And oh, PUNCH IT!! ^_^

When you need to cry you need to cry - you have no control over deep seated emotions - that is your heart and soul. It hurt me to watch you cry but also made me smile because i knew you were releasing whatever it was inside you . Bravo sir.

This was Brown Lindiwe Mkhize as Rafiki, and she's a truly great actress. Wonderful voice! You should watch the BBC video of her doing this, with the women at the start of the video saying " we've got a first for you it's been a smash hit on stages throughout the world." This video was many many years ago, but def should hear that one. Also, The Lion King on THEIR actual stage is this x1000. Truly amazing show!
