SDM post hai SDC designation hai jab ek naye SDC 5to 8 year job kr lete hai tab unki posting SDM ke roop mein hoti hai Samanya prashasan vibhag dwara.

Ye SDC logo ki koi izzat nhi krte h inke uppar wale officer log aur Neta log. 12-13 saal me ek promotion hota h, Bahut kharab haal hota h inlogo ka. Asli maza to Ias logo ko h. Hathi ke daant sirf dikhawe ka hi h. Kuchh SDC ko dekha h hmne.
