Say No to Telephone Farming and Grow Your Goat Business

Telephone farming is disaster to your investment in farming, less is accomplished and yet the funds spent are humongous. Direct supervision and allocation of tasks is impossible but it also promotes thefts on the farm besides general exploitation of the farm owner by the workers.

The story of failure through telephone farming is real and covers all animals, birds and crops. Solution: be in your farm throughout. Establish structures in luding CCTV and do not be lenient with errant workers - just sack them.

Being away from a farm is very hard and very difficult to progress, no matter how well u treat and pay your workers. The challenge is sometimes your office job is what gives you money to set up a good farm and it is indeed a well paying job and you cannot quit to settle on a farm , but at the same time u love farming, what does one do in such circumstances?

Am jst disappointed in my helper after knowing that he keeps.goats wastes and sells them to farmers outside yet I planted matooke.and other foods on the same land where he gets food but can't put them there 😢😢
