Yeonmi Park has been known for lying and changing her story. Especially witb exaggerating.
She is payed tons of money to do stuff like this all the time.
not only that, but her claim of Kim Jong-Il inventing the Hamburger has no source behind it. It's literally the same myth that was founded by the internet that Kim Jong-Il invented the burrito. Yet... That was never claimed by any North Korean news sources that come from the country. Anything regarding the leader and what they have done for the people is posted on North Korean websites which are completely accessible in the West.
I'm not some liberal or some brainwashed fake leftist, and I do not think everything about North Korea is great. However, it's important for people to not be so gullible regarding the facts about North Korea and what is true and what isn't. There a lot of popular myths that have no direct source that comes from North Korea. Such as....
