I like to believe that all holes lead to lower levels and everytime a corpse drops down the enemys are just like "Whats going on up there" While looking up just seing the player with a bloody weapon and then start to arm themself
So i was messing with the barrier thingy inside that mud circle near the end... and the barrier ejected me so hard i fell with my head on the corner and died.
btw if there is a dark area where your light isn't reaching far enough (like a dark pit or dark corner) just take your torch from your inventory and hold it over that area and your torch will light it up making it easier to see
I pushed a death claw into a hole with the barrier after watching someone else do it. It’s so OP rn and easily the strongest ability if used correctly.
While the new sorcery is beyond amazing, I could totally see some people grow complacent using it too much, including myself, haha! Thanks for the content my dude!

Your going to probably want to use the c menu to use some spells. Force has a lot more active/mid combat spells youll get a lot of benifit for using when your in a pinch or need them.
@@OdinTheUnderwhelming I rebound it to E, easy to access and I don't use it for anything else, but maybe you use it for your inventory? One of the things I appreciate about Exanima is that, despite its complexity, it actually has very few bindings!
How the hell do you learn new spells in this game? All the guides and comments I've looked at say that you have to have the correct skill for the spell and then select it in the P menu then wait until it learns. I did all that and have so far put 15 hours into the campaign but still haven't learned the torrent spell which I've always selected to learn. Do I just have to grind more? Why is there so little information about how the mechanics of this game work? Some comments mentioned that there is a bar that fills up as the spell is learned, but I don't see any bar
@@maximecomeau-gauthier4722 I actually got in a 2v1 just yesterday, in level 4! But then Sir joined, which ruined everything for both the skeletons and myself. Haha. xD Ah well!
Honestly, I hope they implement weapon/armour degradation, or give us a better reason to use some of the more improvisational weaponry. The fights can be such an unpredictable scramble at times, that facing a guy with a plank of wood when you're armed with a sword and half a suit of mail often can detract from the desperate feel. It'd be great to have more reason to pick up frying pans and crutches and bits of iron cage to defend yourself with every so often. There's something very dirty and visceral about the equivalent of a backalley brawl with whatever comes to hand that suits this game perfectly.
it'd be a neat feature if killing an enemy would degrade whichever armor part you hit, so if you headshot a zombie their helmet's gonna be worse for wear

That barrier spell is the best, you can put it in the "use power" quick select and basically have a shield that repels EVERYTHING.

this is such a good tip thanks
just dont accidentally drop it down the hole and find yourself without a torch!
Would love to see how you work that fry-pan chef!
The blast + frypan headsmack combo sounds delicious

Hey Odin barrier looks so freakin cool got to admit. So I have a question though, when do you think you will be going to do the maze 😆
Next run!
the timed door sprint got changed into something far easier, so going to the maze is actually not that bad now!
the glowing jar in the lab is because whoever wrote the parchments discovered it and used it to heal
I look forward to hellmode updates for the new changes.
What is hell mode
I was like "where did he left Derrin waiting..?" then I remembered you cracked his skull open 🥲
I call warcrimes for what happened to Derrin...
We dont talk about derrin😢
It was a terribly accurate accident 😢
It was an ACCIDENT believe it or not! I promise!

I wonder what the push ability would do to that blocked door
You missed a chest in the room with the books.

I'll have to rebind because I have always set crouch to c. Need to remember to do this

it definetly feels like there are less enemies especially on level 4 and 6
Level four always had one human, six skeletons, and Sir. And it still does. Level 6 did feel more empty however, yeah.
yeah i think it might be their pathing that is different i remember being in often in 1v2 there but it never happens now@@AWaBfantasy

That clicking sound every time you turn the camera around is out of place and pretty annoying. Great content otherwise!
Do you ever find and use the regen bracelet?
