keep listening every day for months. i thought i didnt have because i have no issue hearing Quran i feel fine. then i started Ruqyah treatment of washing my body with water that has Quran recited on, eating blackseed oil and honey mix with Quran recited on, praying 5 prayers every day and taking Ghsul bath. recite last 3 Qul Surahs of Quran and Ayat Al Qursi, Surah Al Fatiha, recite each 3 times and blow on hands and rub on body each time. i have done this for months, maybe 6 months now. i listen to Quran Ruqyah for hours and the other day i felt my legs twitch and this strange numb tingling feeling moving on my head. also having bad dreams with animals. this shows jinn posession most likely by sihr (magic). i only thought i had sihr before but now i learned it is jinn posession too. before my body never felt anything listening to Quran but now after months i feel it. some jinn are stronger than others. they may need months or years of treatment. it needs to be weakened every day by what i mentioned. please dont feel hopeless or scared. do what i told you i do for myself and we will be healed by Allahs will.

I am a 16 year old girl and I have been possessed by a lover jinn when I was 14 . listen to the different ruqiyas on this channel, see to which you react the most, listen multiple times, with headphones is the best way. Also always do wudu, say bismillah before you remove your clothes etc. In ramadan they are weak, so use this holy Month to inshaAllah get rid of the evil. go look if you have any kind of amulet at home that could be causing this. also remember to always read the 3 quls (ikhlas, falaq and nas) and ayatul kursi every morning and in the night. In my culture we are told if you pray that it is like lighting up the spirit world and that we need to 'SHEILD' or 'VEIL' our prayers because it attracts the attention of things because it lights up the universe and they look towards it. How to remove sihr from home?
Destroy and remove all object wich could have something to do with sihr or with this situation. Recomening to not have any pictures of people or animals on your walls. Recite loudly aya-al kursi multiple times and then blow around you. Play al-baquarah loudly in your house or ricite it. Simply Let angles get into your home with all possible ways. Those r all ideas wich come up my mind rn.
