I like that you added the upscaler, but I don't like that you're charging an AI credit for it. A lot of times the AI doesn't give what I ask for, and I have to keep using credits to get the AI to deliver. The details are in an email I sent last week that nobody bothered to answer. Those AI credits are precious, using one to upscale isn't cost effective.
THIS!!! I’m a pro acct subscriber and this is one of the most pressing issues I’ve got with Kittl, on top of the VERY EXPENSIVE monthly pro subscription prices, they’re charging us ridiculous credits to use the features in the software. It’s like getting double taxed on the same things, imho. It went from you get 30 credits for image prompts to now we made it 2 credits each, which is actually only 15 credits, that’s not including the extra credits that Kittl charges for a quote prompt and now this the extra credit for image upscaling. They think ppl will upgrade to the most expensive mthly subscriptions, but what they don’t realize is, they’re upsetting existing customers who likely will drop the subscription altogether-it’s not cost effective and the features most want to use, even in apps subscription are not freely to use. Kittl is GREEDY! This company won’t last at this rate, imho. Ppl can’t afford these ridiculous prices and still need 3-5 other softwares to do their production. GREED!!!

However our image upscaler uses and advanced engine to drastically increase the pixel size and quality of your image, which is in turn quite expensive. For this reason, we've allotted one credit per image upscale.
Another great video another great addition! I know this is a stretch butttttt... It would be nice to be able to change an image into one of the image categories. Example: cartoon, mascot etc. Hope i explained that right. Thanks Kittl Team

Great video! Kittl never ceases to amaze me. One question: after I've upscaled my image, can I download it as SVG, or must it be PNG or JPG? I always worry somehow that SVG will mess up the already-altered image, but does it? I would like to know this for creating shower curtains and duvet covers in POD. Thanks!
You can download it in any file type that you want, however a static image will not benefit from an SVG file format, since it is not a scalable graphic, so PNG or JPEG is probably best.

Hey there! You can currently reduce the opacity of an image inside a mask. 🙂 Simply double-click the mask, and the image settings menu will appear on your right, offering various adjustment tools, including the opacity slider. Thanks for watching!
Created account, upon clicking on the begin upscaling I'm presented with an app where there is no intuitive way to find where the upscaler is among all the tools... I just need the upscaler. Tried uploading a picture and got an error. Other tools I've tried have similar business issues / flaws, everything is packed together, looks nice but doesn't work and support is non existent. Won't waste time or money. And there is no way to delete an account.
Support is generally pretty good for Kittl we have found. Maybe clarify yr question or ask specific point first, give it a try at least. The team is willing to listen. Keep up the good work Kittl kittens!
Hey there, sorry to hear this, but we aren't sure exactly what happened. In the video, we demonstrate where the upscaler is over on the right hand panel once you've selected an image. To reach out to support, you can click on the Help tab in the bottom left corner and select Chat Support and we can get you squared away!
As I’ve heard from many people that is dangerous to use AI as we might get sued because it could be someone else’s trademark I’m not sure if it’s true but as a Kittle loyal user I really need to get some truth or honest opinion from Kittle in regards
I think you should put more effort into improving ai,s ability to get text requests correct. It sucks to wast a dozen credits because ai can't spell for s#!t. Especially when I've already spelled it out for the program.
I am sorry but I'm not that impressed with the AI generator and background remover. I hope these features get better. I'm glad I only signed up for the monthly fee. I may have to cancel or perhaps you could direct me to tutorials on how to convey the prompts better. I don't know. I have spent hours and hours trying to make simple designs. Thanks!

Upscaling is very expensive and it uses a lot of processing power. I pay for upscaling on leonardo and magnific. Just saying
