As a volume target mode, where Trigger are either patient or time Limit is pressure, and cycle is time While the target is Volume( which the ventilator tries to achieve by altering the inspiratory time and flow rate, trying to maintain the pressure below the limit set) I think it won't be a pressure target ventilation.
