As a larger person myself my response to that do called friend would have been "if you think its ok to pick me to bits for trying to loose weight, then it must be OK for me to call you a fat bitch" . As much as I hate sizeist language sometimes you have to speak to a person in a way they would understand.
Story 2 - forget exercise and healthy eating, OP lost a tonne of weight in that story simply by dropping that very toxic jealous friend from her life. hope she finds some more emotionally healthier people to surround herself with because that friend has been well and truly lost in the crab bucket
Story 2: Yea that's pure jealousy that OP put in the work to lose weight. The "BFF" is just a crab in a bucket trying to pull OP back down when she's trying to make her escape.
S1 I really think at this point my older sister had it right, she blackmailed my father for 30K. Getting justice through the courts is so difficult. I just used a frying pan to discourage him once I was old enough, not too hard, just don't push your luck.
S3: I’m not even sure that she’s as fat as she thinks she is. We all know how harmful societal standards can be these days. The boyfriend sounds like a decent guy though. I feel that Germany is often a pleasant surprise to many visitors.
Therapist and former fat girl here.. Weight can be managed, but your mental health has to be addressed before healthy weight loss can occur. If that's what is desired. As far as not knowing how to talk about your emotional struggles, we know how to get you started on that healing journey. Find a therapist you feel comfortable with, and the rest will come in time. Your boyfriend loves you for who you are, not just your fabulous body.
S1:Grandparents and the mother need to be convicted immediately wth.
S2: that’s not your best friend if she’s that insecure about you being healthy

She should spend the money saved from the bridal party for a tuba player to follow her around and play that tune.
