How do you unmold the whole thing???? Do you freeze it with the cake layer after the cheesecake is baked? How does it not stick to the sides upon unmolding??
@@TechTails Hi, the mousse layer is filled on top of the cheesecake using a cake ring or an acetate cake collar. No need to spray it! Once it is frozen you can remove the ring and add the chocolate frosting. When spreading the frosting on top of the mousse make sure you work quite fast as the frozen mousse will freeze the frosting, too. that way it sticks to it. The full recipe is in the description.
