Oh lawd, per toddler photos to when they’re older, a person will always look like their younger version but older unless they did surgery to their face. So I find it hard for the mother to not even able to recognize her child. She didn’t even make it believable and look happy when she finally accepts the truth that xinxin is her daughter.
Sigh…poor acting skills.
