I was there in the 80’s in the malls. For some reason these songs make me remember the mall center piece; the fountain water feature. These songs would fit right in to that time and place. ❤
I remember in the 90s and early 2000s my local mall also had a giant beautiful water fountain. I recently visites the mall after 17 years and sadly the water fountain was replaced with a hideous sterile piece of abstract art and a stage off to the side for events.
I have been listening to vaporwave and mallsoft for almost ten years. This is a distinctly excellent kind of vaporwave. I love the way it brings back memories of the 90s for me and a very different world and what seems like a different life. Now that I am in my mid 30s it really does hit different and I will take any and all nostalgia and memories coming back. Malls back then were truly magical and so different from today. The way the fountains water would splash and the very unique aesthetic of glass cube bricks would reflect the light from them. The smell of mcdonalds and pretzels wafting from the food court. Sounds of teenagers laughing and taunting each other as they strolled the mall. Man some times I wish we could go back.
Swimwear boutiques also actually have a pretty distinct type of feel to them. You usually visit them during hot and calm summer days, you smell the rubber from all the swim gear like flippers and stuff and they usually have relaxing surf music playing on the stereo while seagulls gawk above the street they are on. I just realized this after listening to the third track.
I loved this album. I currently see you as one of the best barber-beats-vaporwave producers in the scene. This is a must-have album for mallsoft lovers❤🍓

Excellent production quality. Right amount of distortion for nostalgia & reverb for letting the sound move around. Too much and it’s a migraine. This is perfect.

Dope. But can you do more In the Rain series. I played that entire playlist over and over and over again. Like my clients loved it as well. I got so many complements on it, and I was like it’s not me… but lemme show you who
This album is a Japanese Love Hotel Lounge's baby making music. Sprinkle those rose petals across the room, turn the lights down low, and light those scented candles.

The original track is called "Desire" by Paul Hardcastle
@@Oddor14 TYSM! Does this edit have a name? I love the slowed down version but can't find it elsewhere.
This is the kind of music I want to listen to when I am waiting in a lobby or on hold on the phone.
Is that a complement or an insult?
@@Animal_lives_matter Compliment. I love it.
Naah,not this one
Amen!!
@@SnipesStudios This music is better than any pop song out there. This is timeless. It sticks around.
