    Thanks for this! Somehow, I never knew there were three sizes of fret rails. My 2012 Padauk (#6079) has large fret rails. And my 2022 Bamboo (#7444) has smaller ones, which I assume are these 5/32 you talk about. What were the years on those again??

      The 1/8" rails came into production in 2013 and the 5/32" rails became standard issue right about 2019. Thing is, not ALL post 2019 instruments had the 5/32" rails as production runs are done in sets of 50 and there wasn't a specific day when SE stopped using inventory of 1/8" rails. If you have a 2020 instrument, there is the possibility it may still have 1/8" frets because of how the Chapman Stick queue stacked up during Covid.
