Ive seen a lot of youtubers speak on the fact that the content that is worse for their mental health tends to trend more than other video ideos.
Right. She "fit" into these one size clothes but in the end if she knows they don't sit on her body how they're supposed to, is it worth it? It may be hard to accept you need a bigger size but tbh you forget about the size tag once you wear the clothes and see how much better you feel in them. Instead of having "this will look good in a few pounds" constantly in the back of your mind

I know it takes a lot of energy and strength to deal with the cards you're given when you don't like them. But hear me out, as a chunky Linda myself, the key for dressing a more voluptuous body is structure and quality of the garments. Things like corsetry, thick wool and denim, cinched dresses, wrapping garments, clothes with structure and boning and a holding quality to them. And no, I don't mean shapewear. But if an item of clothing was modeled after a 14 year old swedish or korean model and just scaled up, made in a factory by an enslaved uighur in a dozen of minutes, in the flimsiest material ever that will smell bad because it's polyester, and sent to you without trying it on, chances are yeah it will not cater to your unique and adult curves. And given Fei's income (as she posted about it recently), she can even buy these quality pieces brand new !! Now that's a video I'd instantly click on 😫👌

I shop mostly second hand and in France so i do Vinted mostly, but & Other Stories, and Uniqlo's denim are alright. My advice is rather to thrift vintage structured pieces, and avoiding any synthetic fabric, which allows for thicker materials (that hold you in place) without getting smelly. Button-up pants are a must for the FUPA too. If you're midsize, try a regular sturdy jean with a flowy cropped top that covers just your belly button, you'd be surprised. And for any girl, from midsize to plus size, cinch your back ! That's actually a lot of where the "good figure" appears. That's what & Other Stories do to their dresses. Also, open necklines and deep V's & squares are a must, but as well, décolleté your back as much as possible, the high male neckline in the back is a real disservice. Go for deep V or U sweaters in the front AND in the back, pure wool (wool, cashmere, angora, silk and / or a mix). Vinted allows for filtering fabrics now : happy thrifting !

I wouldn't keep the mesh black top because I know it will end taking dust in the closet, too much conflicting thoughts leads to be self conscious and the piece ends never worn

With the black mesh top you can wear a tube dress or a slip dress underneath. It will give you coverage but the top will add that bit of layering and detailing which could be cool x

i know you know this - your weight gain is noticeable, and youre not sure how to feel. i hope that you find other avenues to love yourself, outside of trying to find your personal style. take up a hobby, join a dance class, learn a new language; point is, find something that takes your focus off your body and gets you out of your own head. you look great in everything you put on, stop worrying so much about it!

not cause of you, cuase the clothes just small. I am one that delulu themselves over clothes because I managed to put it on therefore "IT FITS!" but nah, it never works out. Keep what looks good, fits good and feels good. If it doesn't its not yours
Is it mentally healthy though to keep ordering and trying on one size fits all clothing that you know has like an 85% chance of not fitting? I'm fairly smaller than Fei and even I would not order one size fits all clothing because I know that's a really great way to end up feeling really bad about my body when it comes in and nothing fits right. It's hard enough ordering clothes online that are supposed to be your size according to size chart. When I do that maybe 25% fits properly and actually looks good. I guess I'm just concerned that Fei always says something like "I'm going to be mentally healthy and not stress about my body" but then immediately follows with a video that probably hurts her mental health. I'm not telling her what do, I just want her to be okay.
hey fei I’ve been watching you for years now and I think all the Linda’s could agree that your content is a little repetitive and would like to see you branch out to other thing. Once upon a few decades ago women's clothing had a lot more fabric. In the late 90s early 00s "baby fit" was a trend, and then the clothing producers were like "Hey, "baby fit" is a lot cheaper to make because it takes less fabric. Let's start calling "baby fit" "women's regular fit" and give these bitches less fabric, what are they gonna do? They have to wear something." I have a real O/ S sweater, vintage from the mid-90s becfore everything went stupid, and it fits like a tent, as intended and implyed by the o/s tag.
