I have just used the button foot for sewing on buttons and it was a real struggle to fit it! It has two bars and it attached easily to the back bar but it took a lot of fiddling to realise you have to click the back bar under the back of the presser foot lifter, THEN the front bar clicks on easily... I am so glad I fathomed it out!
