This is my favorite of your videos so far. I find it so helpful to see you evaluate the layers of soil in this hands-on video. I am buying property on an ancient coastline/beach. There is SOOOO much sand. I want to dig a hole so bad, but I'm in an apartment while we look for property 😂

I would think about a nice organic compost and like a compost tea a few times and lots of plants. diverse growth. in a season or so, you will have really nice sustainable soil. well, she basically said it at the end, but you will have to pay a lot of attention for a couple of seasons. If you follow all the steps, you will have a nice deep root structure pretty quickly
There was 0 advice on how to ammend or fix fast draining sandy soil, just a 25 minutes of yapping, and soil test 🤦♂️
