If you start your journey from Kimara to Kariakoo and you boarded a bus goes to Kivukoni, all that you are supposed to do is to transit at Fire Bus Station and wait for the bus that goes to Gerezani. You don't need to go all the way to Kivukoni and board a bus for Kariakoo / Gerezani...this option will require a passenger to pay for another ticket as the Kivukoni route will be terminated there. But if the passenger opts to transit at Fire Bus Station he will still use the same ticket to finish his route to Kariakoo via Gerezani.
How wonderful and exciting to see a city grow, the bus rapid transit and the new mall being built are very well planned and look amazing. If the same ticket can be used all day I would be getting my money's worth and going sightseeing for a day trip around town, Thank You. Cheers!
Dar es Salaam is one of the populated cities in Africa but the way it is planned and its wideness people are not congested as compared to Nairobi and Kampala! Nairobi is only built in one small area but well modernized
Because dar wa salam was built in Arabic way because Arab were first invaded in dar wa salam even its name is Arabic word meaning the house of peace but Nairobi was built by British that’s why small but well organized
@@MamuduAziz-h1z Arabs never lived in Dar es Salaam, they lived in Bagamoyo, Kilwa and Zanzibar, Dar was initiated & built by Germans but they didn't do much because they were defeated during World war, .. so we can conclude that Dar es salaam was mainly built by Africans/Tanzanians!

Sorry that you missed a seat. But don't worry much because actually you were lucky, had it been jam hours.... 😂😂😂😂 you would blame yourself for that tour. We enjoyed BRT, yes, but we still have some issues with it. We need to observe order (queing) at jam hours. Also at times one might wait for too long for the next bus to arrive.
The gentleman on the 9th minute was telling you that the BRT buses are few. I am Kenyan, I was there (Dar) for two months, the BRT system is very convenient, but they need to add a lot of buses, for a foreigner to understand this need, you need to use them (BRT buses) at rush hour, its crazy. It is not a pleasant experience to use them during the week. Weekend, when people most people are not travelling, the experience is very different. Nice video, though.
I don't think there is any super loud music just normal music or loudness but there are large buses that go from city to city and they have nice lights, movies, or tv and such but maybe I am wrong
That one ticket can be used in all routes, all the day long is tricky. You can only do that if you are not exiting the BRT system. Once you get off the bus station your ticket expires. So the only advantage is when you want to connect routes, you can board multiple buses with the same ticket.
