@daonlyex1053 He detailed the situation that led up to his interaction with the C.O. When all of the reports are compiled it creates a detailed breakdown of the entire occurence and those involved. If anything he says in his grievance matches what is in the C.O.s reports than they can use that to validate the reports on the occurrence.

He admits he don’t even know the situation. The 1090 Jake grievance didn’t get used in court or anybody put in jail. The dude mentioned by name in the grievance committed the crime in front of the police and the officers had already submitted a police report with his name, took him to court, and he was found guilty. All Jake did was copy what was in the court documents and the grievance was against the officers because they tried to lie and say Jake started a riot and tried to use that to add time to his sentence so Ofcourse he writes a grievance against them. Boosie did the same thing when he wrote a grievance saying that the officers were not feeding him and he has diabetes and his sugar was low.
So when did telling only matter if somebody gets put in jail or it’s used in court? So if I tell the cops that you’re selling drugs out of your house and they start surveillance on you and they arrest you but you beat the case and they didn’t use my statement in the arrest because they thought they had enough evidence from the surveillance that it wasn’t important. So if all that happens I told them that on you but my statement didn’t get used and you didn’t end up in jail then I’m still solid in the streets? Lol y’all will bend whatever which way y’all have to to defend people y’all like, tellin is tellin
