I remember when I was little my dad would put so much emphasis on us washing the heel when we did wudhu. I never understood but he said it was important as you don’t want it to even touch the hell fire. May Allah grant him the highest paradise and allow him to see paradise everyday in his grave, ameen. The man that taught me how to pray, I will forever be grateful.
Ameen
May ALLAH grant your father JANNAH firdous INSHALLAH
It is very easy to enter hell fire. We have to be careful about even the mundane of things. Since even those mundane things are MAJOR sins in Islam. May Allah forgive our shortcomings, Ameen. Also, just a reminder for those that do wudu in public restrooms, knowing that many people don't wash themselves the Islamic way or very dirty or clumsy with using restrooms. DO NOT use barefoot on the floor of the restroom after completing the washing of the foot segment while doing wudu. Your foot will be in contact with the filthy restroom floor. Public restroom floors are dirty since a lot of people stand up to urinate and spill drops of urine on the floor. That floor is then stepped on and smeared all over the restroom floor as people enter and leave the restroom daily.

You know what, you guys have made people fear Islam with your stupid thumbnails - why would in every enlightenment video there should be a scary ghost or something similar to it?
Imagine a kid being so interested in learning about Islam - but all they see in your thumbnails is nothing but scary stuffs.
As a Muslim, I agree we have to answer for every sin we commit - but in order to ask for forgiveness, people should not fear Allah but instead approach him since he is the most merciful and kind. ALLAH loves us more than anyone in this world - but why don’t you all show the good side of asking for forgiveness?
I agree with you
100% with you there.I would love to see all the self claimed "true" muslims who never skip salah, fasting and all that, but start a conversation with, you dont do this you go to hell!Didnt do that?Hell awaits! lol.
Ikr! These thumbnails are really annoying
I also agree, I got really scared as a revert of 3 months with little knowledge. It scared me seeing such a graphic photo for a part of wudu which isn’t hard to correct if you aren’t sure. I was expecting to be filled with pain and upset.
I think they make it scary to make people know that Islam is VERY, AND VERY, Serious, And so that people don’t think that it is a joke.
Fear mongering is not the best way to get valuable and helpful information out. Fear mongering is one of the main reasons people choose to distance themselves from their practice as they think they are beyond forgiveness. Allah is the most forgiving and the most loving, spread that message.
Yes but one should still be made aware of the consequences.
@@zainabraja4475 that is what the video is for. It is explained in detail what will be the consequences but the thumbnail can easily scare someone away
@@KokoKh86 Yes but how can one explain consequences in a good way? Why always walk on shells around ppl and only mention the good things or try explain something that should be feared in a way that won't "scare" them away? if one fears the consequences or every little bad thing then at that point its their own problem.
@@zainabraja4475 only strong imaaan can make you face these fears and act to avoid these consequences. Anyone with a weak imaan gathering light knowledge on their way to betterment seeing this can simply run away. Oh oh islam is so fearful Allah only punishes, ignorance is bliss I’ll just forget all about this. Maybe these images can be added into the video halfway but not on thumbnail. And may Allah guide us all
@@zainabraja4475 as muslims we cant just leave our own people dealing with ‘Their own problems’. We must help them in there own way to help them deal with their own problems
1. Not washing your heels well (your whole foot)
2. Nail polish, it prevents the water
3. Washing more than 3 times
Thx!!

Oh no
thank you for saving us time 💜
I mean by that logic for nail polish you should not wear it at all you know how often you do wudu throughout the day
We ask Allah swt to forgive our sins we ask Allah azzawajal to teach us and to give us the ability to perform wudu correctly and to pray correctly

I wanna know because I dont wanna commit a sin

May Almighty Allah make us more aware of what we do in Wudu.
As a revert I would watch a video as I am making wudu and sometimes think that I didn't do the washing three times so I would do a fourth to be safe little did I know I was making a mistake but thank you brother and may Allah reward you for the knowledge you share
This is me too, I’ve been avoiding this video until now. Ya Allah
Shurkan for the reminder may Allaah reward you Allaahuma Amin..
We needed this lot of people needed , Thank You May allah bless you.
You needed to be told how to wash your heel?
i always have a waswas when im taking wudu. sometimes im actually wash my face more than 3 times cuz i always have thought that im not completely wash all part of my face. may allah make easy for me.
Asalamu Alaikum. For Wiswas, in Islam you should ignore the thought and move on and avoid repeating steps after you’ve done a step in Salah or Wudu. Even if you think you really didn’t do it right or the the right number of times, it’s fine, Allah will accept your wudu and Salah. If you want, you can have someone watch you when you do wudu and Salah. And recite Surah Al-Nas and Surah Al Falaq and Al Ikhlas 3x every morning and evening. May Allah make it easy for you and protect you.

1. Say Bismillah hirrahman nirraheem before performing wudu
2. Say 'Ash'hadu Allah illaha illallahu wa ash'hadu anna muhammadan abdahu wa rasoolah(oo) when you are washing your hair
3. Don't say anything else during wudu
4. Fully wash underneath your feet, including heel and between your toes
5. Dont wear nail polish during wudu
6. Do a minimum of 1 handful and a maximum of 3 when washing each limb
7. Put the water on low flow and take scoops at a time (counting as 1 each including rubbing) instead of fully opening the tap and just putting your hand underneath.
source for 2nd point? also wouldnt that mean saying allah’s name in the bathroom
@yellow yes, but you can only say it for wudu
I’ve never heard that second point and from my small understanding; “Bismilaah” whispered under your breath is enough if you’re in the toilet. It’s in the modern world that we do wadu in bathrooms and near toilets so we can’t say it out loud in those places. Allah knows best, and may He grant us understanding and guidance, amen.
Bismilahi wal hamdulillahi
@LA LA yes, you can say that and it's better if the bathroom doesn't have a toilet in it or isn't public. You could also go out the toilet room if you really wanted to.

Long story short, just do your wudu properly. We are commanded to wash our hands, arms, face, feet, ears, eyes, mouth, nose, head and neck. So just do it properly. If you are washing the feet and missing the heel, that's actually not common sense.
Thanks
I love these lessons. They are so important.

Salaams, may Allah be pleased. I don't understand how someone would not wash their whole foot. May Allah forgive us all.
Whoops i just realized after reading some comments there's alot of newbie muslim in english community who still feel strange to the concept of 'fear' in Islam, who think Islam is all (*redacted tainted by... :D) and sunshine (even though in Qur'an and hadith it stated many times, i don't speak Arabic but searching fear and 'takut' in Qur'an give me a lot of results, 'fear' is there to keep us in check so we don't get comfortable with our sin, not just it's okay Allah will forgive me all the time, afterall many people will receive punishment because of the mundane sin that they've done repeatedly).
But i do agree the thumbnail is unsettling, unsuitable for many people.
Mashallah, beautiful video, words and sight, thank you for sharing.
Thank you for this. I remember getting warned about this situation
Just about got back on track , now videos like this makes you question and not want to make you do any good as you might be sinning whilst doing good deeds.

We have to do our best but we will never be perfect as Only Allah is perfect. Also we will make mistakes in our lives as long as we live but we shouldn’t always remember that Allah is The Most Merciful and we should try to always seek his Forgiveness and repent unto him. We should try our best to avoid sinning but if it happens don’t listen to the whispers (waswas) of shaytan in which he wants you to believe that all hope if lost and you are doomed. Always remember Allah and have full faith and trust in him and know that even when it comes to sins, you have around 6 hours to repent and seek Allah’s forgiveness until the angel on your left shoulder writes down the sin. Allah knows Best. Always try to seek Allah’s forgiveness and repent unto Allah.
Perfectly stated!❤

Thanks for this information because I think I have been making this error while performing Wudu
Hello brothers and sisters, I’m new to learning about Islam and if I continue on this path I will likely come to convert. But something in this video confused me and I have some questions.
Missing one of the 5 daily prayers takes me out of the fold of Islam?
But if I forget a prayer or do not wake before sunrise to pray what will happen, am I still out of Islam?
This video states it’s necessary to wash before prayer properly or go to hellfire when I die, does that mean it also takes me out of Islam?
Does any of this mean I would need to take my Shahadah again??
the prayer has been made obligatory for the muslims but if you miss a prayer for example. because you have overslept then you must make up the prayer immediately as our Prophet (SAW) told. so every time you have a valid reason that you really can't help yourself, maybe you will be physically stopped or maybe you set an alarm for the fajr prayer (morning prayer) but it didn't go off then you won't get judged but you must pray when you have the change to pray and always remember Allah is the most merciful and the most just.
Only if you neglect your prayer, it can lead to leaving Islam. the messenger of Allah also said the one who does not pray there is no difference between him and the disbeliever. because the one who neglect his prayer has done kufr. hopefully it's a bit clear. forgive me for my english. If you have any question just ask them insha Allah i can answer them
صلى الله عليه وسلم ✊
If you wash your right arm 3 times and you notice you missed the elbow for example. Should you then only wash the elbow or wash the arm a fourth time to cover the spot you missed?
The subject of this hadeeth is improperly performing wudhuu’. As to the meanings of some of the words:
• waylun : This is a threat (wa’eed). And it is said that this could be a valley in Hellfire, and the other opinion is that it means punishment.
• Al-a’qaab - The plural of‘ aqib (heel). This refers to the heels which were left not completely wet in wudhuu’.
The overall meaning is that since taharah (purification) is one of the greatest and most important conditions for salaah, improperly doing it will take away from the salaah. That is why the Prophet (`alayhi salaatu was-salaam) warned against incompletion or improperly making the purification to the degree that he gave such a threat regarding improper handling of one of the parts upon which wudhuu’ is to be made; a threat of Punishment in Hell on that particular part. Why did the Prophet (sallallaahu `alayhi was-sallam) particularize the heels as the part? This is because it was the place where the wudhuu’ on it was not completed as in the hadeeth referring to this incident.
In the version reported by ‘Abdullaah ibn ‘Amr he said: “We returned from Makkah to Madeenah with the Messenger of Allaah (sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam), and when we came to some water on the way, some of the people were in a hurry at the time of the afternoon prayer and performed ablution hurriedly; and when we reached them, their heels were dry, no water had touched them. The Prophet (sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) said: ‘Woe to (dry) heels, because of Hell-fire. Make your ablution thorough’.” [Muslim]. In another narration also by ‘Abdullaah ibn ‘Amr who said: “The Messenger of Allaah (sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) lagged behind us on a journey. We travelled (back) and we took him; and then came the time of the afternoon prayer, and as we were going to wipe our feet he (sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) called out: ‘Woe to the heels because of Hell-fire’.” [Muslim]. So this is the reason behind the hadeeth, and in the version by Abi Hurayrah, he reported that: “Allaah’s Messenger (sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) saw a man who did not wash his heel and he remarked: ‘Woe to the heels because of Hell-Fire’.” [Muslim].
Astaghfirullah! If a person who missed washing the rest of the body that needs to be washed has committed a major sin and may be subjected to Hellfire, then how much more to a person who missed the obligatory salah (prayer). May Allah Azzawajall guide us to the straight path and forgive all our sins!

You do not wash your feet, you wipe them, up to the ankles, and thats it. May Allah guide us all.
I am learning Islam, and I'm reading the Quran, I know we have to fallow Quran 's teaching by heart. And our prophet Muhammad (PBUP) said fallow the Quran and he commanded his fallower before he die not to write any book about him. But Muslims scholars after 290yrs of our prophets death they appointed Hadith as an official book about our prophet??? That it self is a disobedience from our prophet and notw we concentrate on what according to Bokhari who was not even an Arabic speaker gathered information in Mecca 290 yrs after our prophet died and it became the center of our faith too?? Why??? Quran alone is a sufficient/ enough guidance of how to enter Jannah. Our prophet knew thst the people will write a book about him that's why he commented his fallowers NOT TO DO IT!
I don't understand 😢I'm sick I make tayyamum. I rent room in basement and bathroom in 4th floor I'm diabetic and dizzy and no help ....I don't know what to do too many times I have fallen broken leg or ankle 😕 i have to pray sitting or laying down. I'm in trouble for sure but what can I do. Ia Allah swt have mercy insha. Allah swt.
1) make sure to wash your heel/elbows when making wudu. RasulAllah (SAW) in an authentic hadith said woe to those who dont wash their heels. According to this video and many other sources it is a major sin to forget to wash the heels/elbows when making wudu.
2) nail polish is halal but a women must make sure it is completely taken off before making wudu because it prevents the water from touching the finger nails
3) it is impermissible to wash a limb more than three times, its a transgression against the sunnah of RasulAllah (SAW). 7:25
Please correct me if I am wrong.
May Allah bless you all.
JazkAllah
Oh people! Do not be deceived! It is your intention that determines the quality of wudu. The meaning here is not the condemnation of what has been washed-but that the companions were on their heels in their haste towards salat. Wash your intentions oh people!
