I applied for ordinatura ( clinical residency training) . I was an assistant surgeon performed 2k surgery in a span of 2 years. So degree is recognized with various other countries like European Union, middle Eastern countries, Malaysia, UK based on frcs / frcp / frcog and experience. Answering vivas in front of Russian professor is a toughest. Results would be announced on the spot ( same day of examination) . Russia is the country that produces specialization doctors, not general mbbs. Most of the European Union produces specialized doctors. No doctors in Russia work as an mbbs, all the doctors holding specialization MD/MS Or PhD. So qualification are recognized as per bologna and Lisbon education grading. So I won't suggest fmgs to give mci screening test without a job opportunity from the country of graduation. So most of the students enter India as a medical graduates, not as a doctors by registering from the country of graduation. So I request the fmgs to register as a doctor from the country of graduation. And practice . Meanwhile focus on fmge or next, side by side. Come back to India during vacation yearly once and write the examination. But don't waste the time for one examination and ruin your career and precious time. As medical field requires immediate continuity.

The lonely and depression is 100% real . 1)We cant get the proper teaching and clinical exposure. 2) missing all the festivals and missing every important occasion with our family. 3) continuously in the pressure to prove ourself that we are not wasting our parents important money by coming to another country just for a degree that's not even valid back home. 4) 6 LONG years of self studying ( universities barely teach anything) 5 ) can't even tell our parents about our emotions because don't want them to worry about us. I would like tell some facts that not all universities are like what u said are underrated but there is very good infrastructure & clinical exposure. I’m not telling its too good but yes I can tell few countries & universities provide infrastructure & exposure on par with Indian medical colleges. But as u said yes not every abroad university is perfect, there r many loopholes & business going on the name of consultancies who suck money from poor students like blood suckers. Coming to the most manipulated & discriminated exam FMGE there r no words about this hook & crook exam. I can tell majority of FMGs will work hard day & night to just qualify a screening test which lacks transparency & end up with the not qualifying. Many conspiracies are there behind FMGE & NBE regarding this exam. Thanks for all your efforts & words🙏🏻

I don't know which ananya pandey has come and have expressed his/her struggles to u. Be it student who is studying either in india or abroad both have problems to face. About the racisim which you are talking about are also faced by students who study in india. They do travel to other states and have language as a barrier for communication and also face race, cultural and political differences. And talking about infrastructure which you were highly focused upon, let me tell you i am an fmg who did internship in govt and currently working in private structure, can easily say the govt hospitals in abroad are very far more better privileged and quite neat compared to 7 star hospitals of india. The mci exam is upon one's take i have friends who have cleared in first attempt and who have cleared in 12 or 14 attempt. There are many IMG who haven't got their dream branch and are still struggling, most of them get the PG seats due to reservation.Atleast the mild percentage of 15-20% is atleast real unlike the biased system which is mostly followed. There is no point of you showing any mercy towards the fmg's. You should be showing concern towards the quacks who are from ayush and other branches but practising medicine as Pro. Be realistic doc..!! Encourage the reality rather than misinterpretating the whole scenario. I hope this video doesn't spread wrong idea and vibe to anyone. No hard feelings please..!

You are a Bengali and you did your education in Bangladesh why would you face issues, even linguistic barriers weren't there in your case.

@@crazyguyimacrazyguy5944Most FMGs are from Soviet/CIS countries and you can verify easily that these countries have a government controlled healthcare with ample amount of medicos.
And doing education from abroad doesn't imply that one cannot work in India.
A lot of MRCS/MRCP and Frcs/ US or UK return doctors can be found very easily today only those who get liscence to practice permanently are staying there.
Many US residents are returning to India because India has stopped issuing NOC for Indian doctors immigrating to the States.
