Chris actually does die first because he causes the missing children’s incident and Charlie’s death to happen because when he dies it causes William to grieve so much and then when he becomes drunk he kills the missing kids and Charlie well at different points in the timeline but still killing Charlie first and then the missing children. Oh wait no I mean the missing children first and then Charlie, then he makes the animatronics for the fun times because they’re built to capture children so we can experiment more with remnant and then Elizabeth dies to circus baby
Also, BTW, Vinny wouldn’t even be born yet by the time Chris dies because of how the timeline works. Also she only does whatever Afton says because she is Vanessa being controlled by glitch trap and glitch trap is William.
