Why boil for 75 and not 60. What will be the resultant for boiling it longer? Anyway .. I brewed your Irish Stout.. my best stout brew todate. Thanks so much for your content. I watch every singe one of your videos.

I'm imagining that it's for dms with the increase in pilsner malts
Don't sleep on malted corn for this style, there's no substitute for that rich flavor.
