They are the hardest skill and it is a frustrating 1 mark. Make sure you now how to label features along the cross section and look closely at contour lines.
Hey bro appreciate this video, but how do you do the whole map thing online and with the ruler online and it being accurate , I’d like to solve it that way also online, because printing each map is tiring, thank u!
@@GEOHACKS ok thank u, also about the map printing, I don’t have a printer at home, so I’ll go somewhere and print it out, is there a way I should edit the maps then send it to them and tell them to print it in a certain way, coz I can’t use their computer and do stuff like you showed in ur map video, so is there a easier way for me, should I make it JPG and then they print it A3 actual size? What do u think
Thanks for the video - can you help clarify/confirm: I printed the A3 map for my students as well as the question paper on A4 - however the dimensions do not allign as the map doesn't follow the 4cm rule (despite clearly mentioning this on the paper) and the exam paper in total measures 11.6. So I just want to confirm that in fact they are both alligned so I can inform my students. Thanks.
Great Video, I have my mocks tomorrow so I’m a bit worried 😅. Keep it up, thanks!!
Very kind and I hope it goes well. As long as you know how to apply these skills to other past papers you will be fine!
I'm having mine today
Keep making more
I had trouble understanding the contour crossection

I love it only because mom likes it
I didn’t understand where do you find the legend. In the exam will they bring it? or you have to remember everything and know all the symbols ?
It will be with the map.
When measuring distance is it not possible to use a string?
Of course it is. Works the same way. Just don't forget it tomorrow.

You will need to use the scale and forget that 1 cm is 250 m or 500, whilst you are using it online. You base the scale on how much you zoomed in by.
@@GEOHACKSok thank u, also In the video where did u get 3.4 at 13:08, I’m so confused to look at where it’s crossed
@@serenui hi. These are the points where I have to draw the contour lines from.

@serenui sorry just saw this. You will need to use the scale on the screen and forget that 1 cm is 250 or 500 m.

I will do a video, bit hard to explain writing. The real pain is when the maps are larger than A3 and you have to crop the pdf to fit.
Here is a video showing you how to do it - ruclips.net/video/1lyy0vLkiC0/видео.html
Nice video
Thanks - if your peers will find it useful, please share it with them!
Why do you draw a redline
Makes it easier to see on the screen.
can u do the oct/nov plz
Hi there. It should be there.
4*8=32
4*9=36
35 is closer to 36 than it is to 32
so it should be 209
Double check the markscheme. Remember it is always the centre of the object.
