Konami baseball games are top of the line. Too bad i don't understand Japanese and has no MLB license, but other than that has the best mechanics and physics. MLB Power Pros is my favorite and i hope we get a release soon. The WBC Power Pro for Switch this year for only $1 means we could get a new full game Power Pro 2024 maybe.
For me, Pro Spirits is the best baseball game in the Switch. The game play is so smooth that once you got used to it, It’s difficult to go back to The Show, the frame rate drop is greatly noticeable. Now about why such a big difference in frame rate, I think it’s because Konami is just using an engine that has been polished for many years with the Pro Yakyuu series, where the San Diego Studio is just struggling to port something from other more powerful platforms to the Switch specs, hence why the visuals might look slightly better in The Show, but yet I still prefer the Pro Spirits graphics. Great video, please create one explaining how to play a full season in Pro Spirits 😄
l have been playing prospi 21 career 21 and while it's simple, it's better than rtts. 1. You don't need connect to dd like rtts. When the server went down, perk & equipment both will be gone too. The fact that rtts cap player's attribute means that player need to open pack to get equipment & perk in order to rise overall. 2. In rtts you, you only do 2 things playing game & doing stupid mini game. In contrast prospi career mode was built as a player creation mode so you can steal skill from other player by becoming friend with them. After stealing a skill, you then compete challenge to master it. So you really need to choose right friend to play with in this game. For pitcher, this is even more important due to you can learn entire pitch from a pitcher. 3. Salary has meaning in this game. Buying home to recover fatigue, items like cars to dating and marry, to slow down regression when getting old.... 4. Hanging out with staffs will give you skill like rise salary, learn skill faster, recover faster. Each weekend you have to think about how to use your time. Resting to recover from fatigue or hanging out with player, staffs or dating. Or planing what skill your player will try to master. 5. If you create a high overall character and use them in career mode. You can train your teammate pretty fast (overall need to be higher). You can create a super team in no time just by training with teammates. There also koshien spirits which make the journey from amateur to pro much more fun than rtts. Well this game is a ps3 game so the graphic, animation and presentation is worse than the show but the game modes like career mode (star player) is better designed imo. Tbh the game has not changed much since 2014 cause konami turn it into mobile game, this version is just cash grab plus the remove the gm mode which existed in 2015 version and was more fun than nba2k gm mode imo.
I don’t think it’s a technical thing with the crowds. I think it’s a this team is not as popular so they would have less people there at a Tuesday game.
At that time, Pro Spirits was only available on the Switch. I thought this would be a better comparison rather than putting up a Switch game against something on PS5 or Xbox. - Danny

I enjoy them both, although I have to stick to one at a time for a while otherwise I get the controls mixed up, especially with baserunning.
I'll take mlb license with pro spirits engine. bought power pros on a Japanese account thanks to your channel and still play it
Awesome, Ed! Glad that any of the vids I make could be of use to someone out there. Cheers! - Danny
@@TheFamicastBoth comparisons are from the Nintendo Switch version?

Nope. It’s definitely a technical thing. Play a franchise or season and make it to the World Series…there are still no people in the stadium lol
Ok but what about the real systems like PS5 and Xbox? I ain’t tryna play baseball on a switch lmao
