    Ingredients :-
    For Boiling Chana Dal~
    Bengal gram lentils (Chana dal ) - 150 grams (1 cup)
    Water -2 cups
    Ginger -½ tbsp finely chopped
    garlic -½ tbsp finely chopped
    Salt -1 tsp
    Turmeric powder - ½ teaspoon
    For Blanching Palak~
    Spinach - 500 grams (one bunch)
    Water
    For Preparing Dal ~
    Oil -¼th cup
    Green chillies - 3
    Ginger garlic green chilli paste - 2 tbsp
    Cumin seeds - 1 teaspoon
    Bay leaf -1
    Cloves -4
    Red chilli -2
    Onion -1 finely chopped
    Tomatoes - 1 nos chopped
    Salt as per taste
    Turmeric powder - ½ teaspoon
    Cumin powder - one teaspoon
    Coriander powder - one teaspoon
    Kashmiri Red chilli powder - one teaspoon
    Garam masala - 1 tsp
    Finely chopped coriander leaves
    For tadka ~
    Oil -2 tbsp
    2 Red chilli
    Onion -1 finely chopped
    Tomatoes - 1 nos chopped
    Kashmiri Red chilli powder - one teaspoon
