Finally! Someone other than myself, uses the boomerang against the Cyclops. Probably the fastest way to do so unless you have Sypha and the lightning spell.
Thanks for the video. Can you tell me why you often break the candles with your axe? It seems like a waste of hearts. Unless...do you get different items when you break candles with your subw-weapon? Thanks again.
+gypcasinoable if you look closely you'll see that I'm getting multipliers from the candles after breaking enough of them with the subweapon. This trick works (as far as I know) in CV1, CV3, SCV4, CV X68000. Probably works in any game that HAS multipliers.
Yes, it's the fastest way to get these double shot or tripple shot blocks. The manual says you are supposed to "beat ten enemies" for the double and "beat ten more" for the tripple. But in this particular game, this is not always the case. If the tenth enemy was about to drop an item, you will get the block. If it doesn't, then no block. Obviously this means the manual was wrong. You'll see what I mean if you kill ten or more enemies with no luck, but then blow out a candle an get your block. But what's more....if you take down a walking knight or other enemy with the holy water, you'll notice it hits the knight four times. So you'll always get a heart and then after three knights killed with holy water, you will get your double or tripple shot. Needless to say, this game behaves weirdly. Also, unlike the first game or Castlevania IV, you don't get big hearts, crosses, the potion, or money bags from enemies except the skull dragons, which will sometimes give 100 point bags. Possible bug?
Finally, someone else who has played through the game as Trevor only!! GG Great channel I wish I would have found you years ago.

It’s not a playthrough, you have to beat the game twice to have played it through.
Great game
