At first I thought that guy was going to be rude, but he actually wasn't. I mean, we all should feel brave enough to ask what we want exactly how we want it, as long as we're gentle. There's nothing wrong with that, the video was even funny.
I think Milad asking "how's your day going?" helped him loosen up and he become a lot more friendly. Such a simple casual question but gives off a friendly, welcoming, I care about you vibe to the customers that makes them think that the employee isn't just there for the pay cheque even if the employee really doesn't care about the answer. This is a great example of 'be kind to others and they will be kind to you' and how treating others the you would want to be treated can positively effect others as I'm sure the customer was a lot friendlier with the next person he delt with than he would have been had Milad not asked a simple "how's your day going?" question which cheered him up
Just saying, im currently an executive sous chef at a 5* hotel. So been in restaurant kitchens for a while. We really dont mind strange accommodations. Might talk crap if its weird but thats about it. Lol
Damn he wanted it all. Good that he was nice about how he wanted it prepared, wasn't acting rude or in any way hostile. More people need to act like him.
First I thought this guy is just rude and very disrespectful. But he's not, he just told exactly how he wanted his sub in a respectful way. Especially 00:50 made me laugh

I have seen more weird sandwiches than this one. I was behind a guy that was ordering his sub. He wanted a tuna sandwich on wheat bread. He first told the employee that he want to toast the bread with salt black pepper and honey mustard sauce on it. Then after toasting he told employee to toast it again with cheese on it and sprinkle black pepper on cheese before toasting. After the bread was toasted he told to put tuna on it sprinkle some black pepper. He asked to put 4 scoops of guac with lot onions and pickles on it. Finally he told to add some mayo and sandwich in 6 pieces 😶. It took around 5-6 mins to prepare his sandwich. There were 5 customers waiting in line behind him.
This guy seems so lovely ! That is a beast of a sandwich though ! Love his requests + stuff too ! "That's a wrap!" The mayo on the bread first is always a good shout !

I think most of the meat and cheese would burn without the bread.. I mybe wrong.. I tried that in a air fryer.. Burnt up so fast.. Oddly true.. Bread saves the day

This guy know what he likes and isn't afraid to ask for it. He also asks in such a polite way you almost can't object lol. I would like to try this sandwich!!!
This guy wasn’t bad, but when I was in high school working at a pizza place, I’d have old guys come in like this and ask for “a little more” of everything on their pizza… then they’d go into a raging tirade if you even DARED to charge them for anything extra. It was always the same guys coming in thinking they were using some cheat code to get extra food for free. We all know what you’re doing… and it’s annoying lmao
Greetings. I was wondering how does pricing work, because people can ask for less of that, more of that, etc. And it doesn't look like it is getting weighted.
I'm not from the East Coast but I've been around enough Northeasterners, that's just how some of them order there shit. Remember it's to the customers liking.
Ok I got to do that, was always not sure can u ask them to do that. Put mayonnaise first on the bread. But Mine is a foot long, not sure will that be ok?
Mayo after the tomato, then salt and pepper. Cucumber then Vinaigrette and or pickle choices. Many OCD people live in this world. Proper order matters.
NGL, the whole mayo thing on an Italian is weird (IMO) BUT, I've never made a sandwich at home where I didn't put the mayo or other sauces on the bread first (before the meat or toppings)
I know working at subway is probably minimum wage, but it seem kinda cool some days to work there I don’t work yet but when I do I think to start off I’m going to try applying at subway!
Hey if you're going to be picky that's the way to do it, polite, joking, understanding. He even gave you a little something at the end to say thanks for the extra hassle. Man loves his flavour 😄
I always ask for mayo on both sides, but I've never thought to have them close it together. But what makes me laugh is when they put it on the whole length and I say NO on both sides not both ends!. Some real air heads working at subways in Ohio

But you're not allowed to add extra onions and extra lettuce! It's against the Subway Formula.

This is a very respectful way to ask for a sandwich to be a certain way, all rude customers should take a hint from this guy
Tbf all workers /servers aren’t as nice as Milad soooo it can go both ways
Sorry, I disagree. Not one please or thank you.

Unrespectful is the weirdest way I’ve seen someway try to say disrespectful
Dude knows what he wants for his order and if you do it right sounds like he pays up with a solid tip.
The most relatable thing about this video is how he just sighs when he gets asked about his day.
This guy sure knows what he's doing when it comes to making sandwich art! (after all every customers creation is unique in their own way after all)
Good way to look at it and not bashing others because of how they like their subs
This took a twist.
Dude seemed a Karen-type at the start, ended up being a total G. Love these turns.
I never enjoyed eating sandwiches so much than watching you make it 😂
Sandwiches slap cuz
Interesting sandwich. But definitely seems like a good hardworking person. That's the vibe I get from him anyway.

this is so wholesome, bro knows how to make a sandwich too

milad has a karen ever destroyed anything at the subway? btw love ur vids :)
Destroyed 😂😂
Loved it. Customer always right & you end up with a good content.
I never understood why you glopped mayo on top of the meat. Dressing on the bread is how you build a sandwich for even distribution.
This was lowkey wholesome

That sub sure looked tasty and I got hungry seeing him make it, with all that we was putting on it.
At this point Milad can spawn salt and pepper from his head 2:12.
I personally add mayo to my sandwiches first, and the rest. Put I prefer eat 1, 12 foot sandwich. But I can see how relatable me and that man can be.
hey milad if a customer is new could they ask to taste a item before they put it on their sub?
