Hands down, the best female villain (for lack of better word, because she is in her own category), ever. I have watched this series so many times, and every single time Ruth is in a scene there's something else to discover with each viewing. She is just amazing, and Rowena was so well-written. She always has a plan a, b, c, and d, and whenever you think you have a solid read on her, there's another ulterior motive--but she always has heart, is completely hilarious, and makes a 300 year-old witch so damn relatable lol.
