“There not too much to learn here really” Proceeds to break down every part into a million notes Seriously though great breakdown, this is awesome and very helpful
In the middle section - I’ve missed out the 3 natural harmonics before the C sus2 chord: 2 on fret 5 of string 3 2 on fret 7 of string 2 1 on fret 7 of string 3 Apologies - you can see them in the play through.
Aw hell yea! It’s really cool to see those riffs broken down like that. Intimidating to my tiny hands, but I like listening to the song and having some idea of what the music ‘looks like’ if that makes any sense….. either way, great job as always and thank you!
The notes are spot on but watching some of the live vids, they play it 0-2-4 0-2-4 on the D string and 0-2 on the G String - way less of a stretch! Hope this helps.
Thank you so much :)! Im currently learning guitar and overall riffs. I’m very motivated to learn this one. Once again, much appreciated for this video
Thoughts on the ghouls using strats on this tour? The hagstroms were cool but Ghost will always be synonymous with RDs for me. Brilliant stuff as always man.
Yeah the original RD’s were king! I think it’s a real shame he doesn’t use at least the white Hag more even if the Gibsons are a distant memory. I do like the strat addition though. Maybe not every song.
Brother, I adore your videos & thank you for doing what you do. I gotta ask though, what about the Riff and fill change during part 1 of the final chorus?
@@notanamelessghoul Hey dude, so 4:10 is the timestamp. To be clear I’m talking about the entire final chorus. I’ll use standard tuning chord names as an example. The first half is now slightly altered while the second half is the same as before. PART A (Different) Chords: E-A-? (Fill ????????) | PART B (Same as before) E-B-C (Fill 5,7,9 | 5,7,9 | next string 5,7) I hope that makes sense, cheers.
Yeah it seems I’ve missed it!😑 Sometimes it happens man. There’ll be a cover coming soon so look out for what I do on there. I’ve not even worked that part out yet but it’s nothing difficult. I hate missing stuff 😤
Finger 1 which plays 12 on the 1st string: Play that note a bit flatter so the tip of the finger touches string 2. That’s how I have always done it. Takes a bit of practice but it will clean up your playing for stuff like that. 👍🏻

😂 fair enough.

Yeah he likes his stretching! 🤚🏻
It’s like that on most tracks so far.
Glad it helps!
👍🏻👍🏻
These are always so helpful. That 8-note lick in the main riff, despite its tough stretch, is more approachable than I would've thought!

@@MrDjfacepunch definitely like that layout.. I'll give it a go - thanks!
Yeah I’ve noticed Chris playing it that way but Per the other. Fredrik would’ve had his way. Just play it what’s best for you man. 👍🏻
Thank you so much :)! Im currently learning guitar and overall riffs. I’m very motivated to learn this one.

Sick as always!

What time does that come in man?

@@notanamelessghoul It's happens man! I'll keep an eye out for the cover. Thanks again for all you do, brother.
Not the best song on the record but I think it should be their next radio hit. Badass video with it would bring in so many fans
It’s a catchy one ☝🏼
I need a guitar with a floyd god damn it
how do you get so much sustain when you put your finger on the third fret and use tha bar?
You have to do it very lightly and make sure you’ve enough gain on.
Any tips for the solo riff? Playing it is fine except the ringing out of the B string. 🤔

@@notanamelessghoul thanks man, these little details are kinda important
What tuning are you in? Is that D?
Yes
what if it's just a pentatonic on the main riff after the power chords and not a major scale ?
You need the 3rd note to be an F# so it wouldn’t work.
@@notanamelessghoul gotcha
Hey Nang are you still doing tabs?
Hello man - I will be but I’ve not done them yet. I’ll let you know when they’re done👍🏻
