I’ve got a few jar opening methods that I’ve found to be very helpful. Option #1: Use a butter knife to whack 4 dents on the top of the lid at the edges. North, South, East, & West. Option #2: Turn the jar over and give it a good smack with the heel of your palm. It has to be a forceful, thrusting motion. You’ll hear the lid pop if you did it right. Option # 3: Put on a rubber glove on your hand and twist. Option # 4 (my favourite option that works every time) - Go find my husband and ask him to open it for me.
FYI: kitchen hack, no hole needed just tap around the rim of the lid with the back of a heavy handled butter knife and then try opening it. The tapping helps release pressure and you dont have to worry about refrigerated smells entering your jarred food!

You're going to get clunks of dry stuff swirling around. I would've poured some of the juice into a cup with the powder and mix it well then pour it back.
Best method is to use a teaspoon under the edge of the lid and use it to pull the lid slightly away from the glass. It will pop the lid. Once you get the technique you won't go back.
Just a hack for future when you can't open a jar lid, whack the side of the metal lid on the bench until the button on the top pops and you can open it easily 😊

or run the cover under hot water for a minute and then tap if the tapping doesn't work at first. The heat expands the lid
