I've never tried this model. It seems similar to other small butane portables. You've done large cuff bracelets with this type? Thanks for the comment Adina:)
Beautiful! And perfect project! It may be beginner level, but those tools you showed us are used throughout every project in one way or another-and I think it’s always a good idea to go back to the basics sometimes. It refreshes me, and usually inspires me to make something new! So thank you so much Chad, thank you for sharing your knowle😊🙏
I’m watching from Australia, loving your videos and all your tips. Any chance of giving the measurements of components, sheet, wire etc, in millimeters as well? In Oz we measure our precious metals in mm not gauge.
What great timing for this project. I have caught myself without any more silver sheet. Definitely need to hit Rio for a reorder, but this could be something I could work on in the meantime. Thanks Chad, all 3 look great.
LOVE THIS! BEAUTIFUL ! Quick question. Have you ever done a tutorial on making a sea turtle pendant? I have been looking all over for a good one but haven't found one yet. Thanks for these wonderful tutorials Chad!
Hello Amelia! I’ve made a few sea turtle pendants, but I’ve yet to do a tutorial on one yet. This video shows a pic of one I’ve done. I will probably do a similar one sometime as a video:)
Those are awesome. Great work Chad. I do make jewelry, just a hobby keeps me busy. I see you are in Colorado, so am I. Western slope. I did sub to your channel. I use to watch Soham Harrison, I think he retired cause he hasn't posted in while.
Excellent job, where can I go to see you do a cuff bracelet that’s encrusted with turquoise cabbs ??? Now that would be a video I’d love to see you do. I’ve been trying to do it on my own but cannot get it to turn out correctly, the bottom of my base plates never match the curve of the bracelet. Uggggh !!! And with the price of silver I’m ready to give up on it. -:-/
Nice! Easy projects for easy sales!
Thanks Sheran! I expect I'll sell these this summer at a show:)
Pretty!
Why thank you!
Awesomeness :) good job Chad
Thanks Tahomyjo:)
Hi Chad. Just the perfect.size.for me to start with. Thank you. Heidi from Studio Katahdin
Hello Heidi:). I’m glad you like them!
thank you.
You’re welcome Kim!
Buenísimo gracias
¡De nada! Me alegro mucho que lo hayas disfrutado :)
Great technique using C clamps instead of pliers! Thanks!
Thanks! Less likely to slip. I should get some smaller clamps though:)
I enjoy watching your layout procedures.
Thanks Eric:)
Perfect timing as I just acquired a bunch of turquoise and I have not had a chance to work with it yet!…Thanks for this great tutorial ❤
You’re welcome Kim!
💜💜💜
Thanks Lishal:)
Another excellent video and now I’m off to purchase the e Book!
Thank you Ann! It takes me a few days to make a file handle, so I will get that in the mail sometime this week:)
The Durston Cyclone soldering torch might be a good alternative for annealing larger pieces of metal and making bracelets.

Hello Jules! That's a good idea. I will try to start doing that as I go forward:)

Thanks Buddy! I’ll have to check his channel out:)
Great video! Thank you for posting. What length wire do you use for cuffs?
Thanks! The length on these was between 5.75-6 inches (14.6+ cm) or so.

I'll probably do a big chunky piece with multiple turquoise cabs at some point. I feel your pain regarding silver prices!
