The perfect summer salad!, -I grow zucchini in my garden, so will definitely be serving this, Merci!❤🇫🇷
A novel, yet super simple way to use zucchini. A colorful addition to a summer buffet spread. Very nice indeed!
thanks
Great recipe and looks amazing...i love how honest u are about the recipes u are great cook with zéro pretentiousness 👏and i love it u make us feel as we are the ones cooking at ur place good job 👍
And I can tell he is a genuinely nice person let alone a great teacher & Cuisiner !
It took me just a minute to connect the ingredients, but I have been making this fundamental dressing for years. I made it up myself. And thought it was quite good. I use ground coriander, salt, black pepper, sugar, olive oil, and a red wine vinegar. I’ve always used it on coleslaw. but, the lemon, pinenuts and zucchini, is something I will be trying soon. Love your channel!
"The neighbors on holiday, perfect timing" comment had me 😂
A nice way to use zucchini. Cheers, Stephane! 👍🏻👍🏻✌️
Interesting salad. One veggie we have an excess of, is courgette, but they end up so big. Love to try this
Nice to see a vegetarian recipe! I know traditional French cuisine is very meat-based (I am reminded whenever I’m in France trying to explain that I’m a vegetarian…which is often as I live next door in Switzerland). For our planet we all need to eat meat less. I would love to see all your amazing expertise as a chef directed to sharing satisfying and delicious French vegetarian food more often so that I and other veggies can enjoy them😊
Chives and walnut oil might be worth to try .
I’m growing courgettes in my garden so will try this at the weekend! Merci
Awesome love this
This looks very appealing, fabulous. 🙌🏼
I fancy that with smoked herring or mackerel fillet.
I will have to adjust the lemon.
Crushed roasted pine nuts go well.
Rather surprising.
As much as I don't have a good word to say for you Frenchies,
and I have bought your book,
and you are only one of two people that I subscribe to,
do not compromise your language.
From an Englishman for heavens sake
Great video thanks!
Like a quick pickle.
“This is NOT a starter!”
Oh, really? Nothing to see here at my dinner table tonight; please look the other way! 😂
Looks terrific, I would've tried with thinly sliced parmesan!
try with dill
Looks really yummy 😋 I love salad
Zucchini a la Grecque
I love zucchini, looking forward to trying this. I wonder if cracking the Coriander seed might help flavor the dish better.
He did crack the coriander seeds slightly. Grinding to a powder would up the brightness.
Mmmmmmm
🦝
I'm not a big fan of zucchini either. I ate it all the time when I was a kid. My mom would slightly boil it until it was a bit soft, and that was it. Maybe if she made it this way sometimes, I would appreciate it more. All that aside, I think I'd use cucumbers and skip the blanching. The spices and technique seem good for that, too.
sorry, what is the other name for zucchinis again?
Courgette
You should be very sorry.
Take a downer.
Marrow
cucumber
courgette and zucchini are the same
Roast the courgette.
