Hmmm. Was Kitty's sister really responsible for her death? She's more than excitable & I don't even want to think about whatever that horror is she barfed up when she got too excited. i have a theory that maybe she was playing hide and seek with her sister, and she found an empty chest or something, and accidentally shut herself in it and wasnt found in time, its a shame we didn't learn the cause of her death in series three :(
