I'm so happy for you and so proud of you for your perspective on moving! I moved to 4 different cities in my twenties and completely started my life over each time, and I can definitely confirm that there is a WHOLE process that goes into it emotionally! Being able to spend some reflecting and processing on your own before Joe came back was such a blessing. So excited to follow along on this new chapter with you (and see you when you get to DC hopefully!!!) ✨

I love how real you are about your experience moving away! I think I like this apartment more than your last one because of all the windows. And having a laundry room in your closet is so sick like what a great idea! Lmao I always make my husband watch me put things away and the kitchen when we move so he knows where everything goes.. and he still asks a million questions. Congrats to you and Joe!! if you have nose problems don’t eat or drink dairy sometime that helps something about the ground for bacteria

Just finished watching your LA apartment tour and I clicked on your channel to see more of it and bam this is the first thing i see 😂😂 you moving out
I got the sinus surgery for my chronic sinusitis and it’s literally the best thing. I got a tuboplasty, sinuplasty, and a rhinoplasty while I still can’t breathe out of both nostrils fully I don’t get sinus infections anymore! The healing process is rough when you have to drain your nose out with saline and steroids but it’s worth it!
The task rabbit thing is a good idea. Do you ask the FB marketplace buyer to provide proof of the rabbit worker just in case? OMG the kitchen and island is everything!! 😍

I get sinus headaches and pressure in the face and ears
very very often myself.
What helps me is taking Sudafed sisus pressure plus pain. You can take that every four hours if need be. Then also steaming, getting a tea kettle and large bowl and adding the hot water and a couple drops of eucalyptus oil cover your head and the bowl with a towel and steam for like 5 to 10 minutes. Maybe this help, feel better darling, I know it fuckin sucks. 🙃

I just moved from Orange County to Fort Worth a few months ago TOTALLY alone (besides my blind cat)! Turned 25 my 2nd day driving on the road. Landed a new job, not knowing anyone or any family and it’s amazing. Good luck!

@@PaytonSartainHH moving alone to a new state knowing no one turning 25 was crazy. But it’s been the best thing I’ve ever done! My hiring process was 6 months with the background process and all the additional tests I had to do and I’m loving it! I hope you have so much fun here!!! Dallas is amazing and 30 mins from me.

I know this sounds crazy but I used to get a lot of sinus infections and migraines, I ended up going to a chiropractor on a regular basis and fixing my neck issues which in turn fixed my sinus and migraine issues. You wouldn’t believe what misalignment in your neck and back can cause because of the way it affects your nervous system.
I used to visit a chiro nearly daily for like 2-3 months! So helpful.

@@PaytonSartainHH not at all! my doctor was in college station so we drove home afterwards, slept it off the rest of the day and by the next morning I was 100%. Haven’t had an sinus/ear problems since
check the plumbing, my new place had a weird smell when I first moved in too and it ended up being an issue with the pipes.

You're right, I've never been to Texas, and I don't give two sh*ts about it. half in DC/half in Dallas! Joe goes to Florida for 2 months out the year for Spring Training before his season in DC starts! I won't be joining him in Florida, though. Staying at our place here in Dallas while he is there and maybe visiting once or twice!
