This is such a big contrast to what we usually see from walking videos in the philippines , they always show slum regions , nothing against that people have to live somewhere , but this district looks like another country even better than most cities in America , is this the place were the Rich are living or a Business district ?
Yes it is! There are actually plenty of districts like this in Metro Manila but this BGC is so far the best yet. It serves as both business district and residential area known for its upscale living environment

For rich people arround the world , hurry ! hurry ! come to BGC and grab a beautiful Condo unit at BGC PHIL. at a lower price . besides for the information of everybody , the Philippines have just started building Condominiums too at shallow water arround Manila , Pasay , a replica of another BGC but this time near the shore of Manila and Pasay . when it's finished it's far more beautiful place than BGC bec. it's sorrounded by sparkling sea water .

where's the caranderia, the palangke, the barangay life, the trikes, the habal habals, the ukay ukay, the sari sari, the beachfront, the bundok, the bunkas, the mangroves, the smiles? This is NOT the Philippines.
My friend, some of those things you mentioned are just outside the boundaries of BGC 😊. The rest are some kilometers away.
Around the corner
This is the modern Philippines image of prosperity : eat, sleep, work, earn, repeat, a grind lifestyle of producing whatever generates more income, as if it is sports.
It simply looks sterile and pretentious, the sense of community and family (if there is) has been isolated to buildings, gated compounds and complexes.
Outside these structures are pavement, vehicles and decorative trees and scrubs not for small creatures like birds or cats etc but only to show nature to contrast glass and concrete.
Haven't we seen before?
The place is uninspiring, why should anyone would go there? Business.
