Well, the first part was the German Schlager: There is a huge industry producing htese shit - all sound pretty much the same. And this is going on since ages; at least since the 1970s. You can somewhat compare that to the US country scene, at least the commercialization aspect of it. The second part was Death! @ElectricCallboy has never used such heave #deathcore style in any of their latest songs. And that is the harsh contrast: #Deathmetal destroys Schlager!

Interesting info: German schlager is very similar to Afrikaans Sokkie music, a lot of the sokkie artists sample the german schlager songs, so for me being a German Saffa, is always funny that german songs that were trending like 5 years ago in Germany gets translated in Afrikaans and the boertjies love to sokkie on it.
