Good summary, and like you, this episode's reveals blew my mind. Though I felt it took too long to get to the reveals: Imogene has repressed memories; the Governor was a prosecutor, who turned down (because she was bribed?) bring a case against the Collers; and, Kira & Ceila were working together to bring down the Colliers 18 years ago. The two remaining big mysteries are: why was Danny killed? Who is Victor Sams...Ceila? Episode 8 summary suggests that it will trace Ceila's involvement, similar to Ep. 7 tracing Imogene's past. So, that probably means episodes 9 & 10 will reveal all the answers. My current thinking is: Ceila/the Chuns are Victor Sams, and have been bleeding the Colliers for years. Ceila is doing this b/c the prosecutors rejected going after the Colliers, so she took matters into her own hands. AND, she using a lot of the Collier's money to finance Good Deeds (as Winnie believes), like Jules helping refugees. Also, I think Danny was killed either because Ceila/Victor Sams has the ship bugged and overheard Danny & Laila talking--and realized that Danny & Rufus were actually after Victor Sams. Or, Danny was killed because Ceila (like Winnie) believed he was a Rich a-hole and deserved to die. Plus, if the theory on Agent Hilde and Kira being the same person is true: Kira somehow (with Ceila's help?) escaped the explosion in the car, and has continued working with Ceila all these years, maybe as Agent Hilde or maybe using several disguises. And, murdering Danny (a random Rich a-hole) was an excuse to get Kira/Hilde on the ship to help expose the Collier while pretending to investigate Danny's murder. Bottom line: the Chuns/Victor Sams are an Avenging Angel--and will KILL the Rich & Corrupt, in the name of "the greater good." That's a lot.
Thank you for that well thought out comment. It would be truely mind blowing if kira faked her death and became Hilda and then tortured Lewellyn, and still didnt speak to her daughter... its going to be fun.
