Never watched any of these Tate brothers content before. There right about intermittent fasting. I have been on the keto diet for the last year and eat once a day. I feel the best I have ever felt in my life at 39. I have my own business in construction and I just work solo now. I out work guys half my age and twice my size. I feel like a machine with great mental focus. My depression and lethargy is gone after so many years battling through. There is a lot to what they're saying. Start with your health and discipline and go from there.
delaying breakfast or skipping it for some mini snack like an apple or whatever makes me 10x more energetic, focused and I don't get as bloated lethargic and I don't nap anymore. Training hard every day, drinking more clean water is a complete game changer. Add some micronutrients like ashwaganda, lionsmane and basic vitamins and minerals and you're set to conquer.
I'd love to sit down and share knowledge with you guys and learn from you. These are the type of conversations you should have in a (business/friends) group. Btw, just to share with you all. I "cold turkey" stopped ordering food, I'm not heavy and I look like I could use some weight. Yet my diet was horrible, eating 4-5 x a day and fastfood mostly. Now I cook since November 28th (except 21st of December) and cooked every single day at home. It's boring, it's especially hard to be disciplined, but I feel more energised these days than in the past few months with fastfood and red bull 🙂

My grandma in poland used to wake up at 4:30 and go work on the farm animals and the field. Used to come back around 10 oclock to have breakfast. Homemade bread, cheese, pork eggs all that stuff. My grandad used to go fishing at 3 oclock in the morning and got back at 8/9 and helped grandma and had a Smoke before breakfast. These People were fasting for 5-6 Hours after waking up

I was "forced" this week to go sleep before 8pm and wake up at 3-4am. Never ever in my life I felt so good and sharp. Usualy my routine was go to sleep at 2am and get up at 10am. Massive difference! So I guess I'll go for 5AM guy too.

Eat smaller sized low Glycemic index( low sugar based) higher clean protein meals; Then you won’t feel hungry, have energy from not being tired from digesting big meals, And you will automatically be lean.

Yah I use to live in the reservation but now I'm in the city. Back at home we eat only when we were hungry all we eat was sheep and well water. No salt or suger sometimes. In school I was more energy than the rest of the kids. But I was a kid that didn't like school hated it. Never really understood it it was something that I always avoided. But now I'm learning alot from u and people around me.

intermittent fasting really does make me feel better, without a shadow of a doubt. it really helps ease my ADHD symptoms (whether you believe in it or not), and it feels like i drank coffee, but without the coffee. That shit works. You don't always need to eat EVERY SINGLE TIME you get hungry.
More on the point of sodium and sugar in products, the sodium is not to make you more thirsty, it's to cover up the taste of sugar. So they can add MORE sugar without messing up the blizz-point of the product. So they add more sugar, making you more addicted to sugar.

I am 26, most of my life is a struggle to find anything like anything to eat, we don't even see the food to even think about going on diet. Early lectures in school made me skip breakfast for years, now i'm gladfully used to eating once a day with light snacks b4 the main meal if hungry.

I was "forced" this week to go sleep before 8pm and wake up at 3-4am. Never ever in my life I felt so good and sharp. Usualy my routine was go to sleep at 2am and get up at 10am. Massive difference! So I guess I'll go for 5AM guy too.

In fact, in my experience, it mostly repairs and detoxes me rather than digesting food in my stomach because that is just acid doing its thing dude. He is right about addiction and self-awareness though.
He said that the body is supposed to heal during sleep and rest but when you eat right before bed you remove those benefits and replace the work with digestion

The feeling of hunger is not that your body needs fuel… your body has enough fat to fuel it for 50 marathons. It’s just the sensation of your stomach shrinking. Let it shrink. Eat smaller sized low Glycemic index( low sugar based) higher clean protein meals; Then you won’t feel hungry, have energy from not being tired from digesting big meals, And you will automatically be lean.

Yah I use to live in the reservation but now I'm in the city. Back at home we eat only when we were hungry all we eat was sheep and well water. No salt or suger sometimes. In school I was more energy than the rest of the kids. But I was a kid that didn't like school hated it. Never really understood it it was something that I always avoided. But now I'm learning alot from u and people around me.

intermittent fasting really does make me feel better, without a shadow of a doubt. it really helps ease my ADHD symptoms (whether you believe in it or not), and it feels like i drank coffee, but without the coffee. That shit works. You don't always need to eat EVERY SINGLE TIME you get hungry.

More on the point of sodium and sugar in products, the sodium is not to make you more thirsty, it's to cover up the taste of sugar. So they can add MORE sugar without messing up the blizz-point of the product. So they add more sugar, making you more addicted to sugar.

Luke is talking about the 'modern' breakfast here. Traditionally breakfast was protein filled paired with vegetables or nuts. It WASN'T sugar filled, processed, or artificial what-so-ever.

I am 26, most of my life is a struggle to find anything like anything to eat, we don't even see the food to even think about going on diet. Good points. What people think is Hunger, is just your Stomach Healing it self, since its not full of food and has some freedom to do so. Real Hunger is said to be more similiar to feeling Thirsty.
