Kory, thanks for sharing your video. I have 2018 Ecoboost with black acct. pkg. The car has been fine (9600 miles), I do have the occasional buzz, but 95% of the time the car is quiet...just got lucky. One thing I do have which I noticed 3 weeks after delivery is the piano black panel between the rear lights has some light scratches near where it meets the bumper...noticeable only really close up. The dealer agreed to swap out the part when a similar car came in but now it not willing to because most of the panels have some sort of blemishes. Does your Mustang have this problem on the back panel?
Yes! My mustang also has those small scratches on the back black trunk panel, I noticed it since the first week, figured it was someone in detail. Thanks for your input, Paul. Finally got Ford to start the RAV process
my car has the same thing thought i scratched it myself i guess not theres one on american muscle that has the pony emblem removed for 100 bucks looks alot better check it out guys
Paul Davidson Hey Paul! I have the Norma premium package with the 9 speakers I Believe. Honestly with how much it rattles without the speakers even being on really takes away from the speaker quality when they are on! Pretty decent if I press up against the door panel to get the rattles to go away
I have an eco boost 2018 with cloth seats and my seats are worn the exact same as yours! I also have just one rattle in the far left air vent on the drivers side. What did ford tell you about the wear in the seats? I plan on taking mine in next week for service
At this point, Ford doesn’t even want further attempt repairs, they submitted a RAV request, I am waiting to hear back, I have had so many issues that a buyback is in order. Headliner falling, door panels rattling, sync 3 going out, seats wearing prematurely, digital dash misalignment, and more. Hopefully this gets taken care of!

Never go Eco. Get the V6 or V8. They are real cars. The Ecoboost is a Fiesta with 300 hp.
