Dr Thanks for the show , my question is in one of the programs you told us that our budget system is different from that of Kenya and you said in Uganda the budget is passed in parliament after Its read Naye twalabye President nga akomyawo budget for amendment the same as Kenyan system I'm asking can the budget be amended after it was passed or even after reading the budget at kololo it's still a bill
