Sun mere dil : I haven’t watched a single episode of Sun mere dil, I tried watching it but the moment I saw the rampant consumption of alcohol in the first episode , it was my red flag,I couldn’t even finish the first episode… I am happy I made that decision… I think khalil ur rehman have lost it… please ban his writing from dramas and films, his dialogues are filthy and disgusting not worth watching with family… it should be included in B-rated viewership.

The wording ' thooke hue ko chaatna' is very very very insulting for any person, it should not be used for any man or woman. It's demeaning for every human and the writer should be questioned and taken to task for this.
It's just an idiom , phrase. It suits very well to the situation.
She is a divorced woman looking for a rebound. Who ever will accept such woman will show he has no self respect. Similarly for ammar, he loves sadaf (in a toxic way) but is going for dania to spite sadaf after she refused to accept him back. So mind you he used that word for both and for not divorced people but for two shitty people looking for rebound. Warna divorcee iss se pehly bhi common hain humare dramas mei. So mind you ye kisi bhi man or woman ke liye nahi ik specific group ke liye use kia hai hassan ne.

Sadaf is being shown as such a cheap character. First of all her idea of love is all twisted. Her yardstick of love is if a person Ammar who tries to commit suicide, he loves her, and a person who takes the responsibility of her family, Bilal doesn’t love her because he is rich and has given up alcohol for her. What logic is this? Trying to commit suicide for love is not love, it is obsession. And now after Ammar gives her divorce, the next day she is acting so available to Bilal.
In the first place I didn’t understand her logic of marrying Ammar. She says to Ammar if her brother comes back cured she will get married to him! What logic is that. I can understand if she had said that to Bilal. But what has Ammar done to deserve marriage if the brother comes back safe after the operation.
Total senseless writing and characters are suddenly falling in and out of love at the drop of a hat. Now Sadaf goes to Bilal’s office with head covered with dupatta.
Before these two started reviewing SMD I used to think they overdo their roasting, they are too hard on the makers even Terebin, but their review of SMD is right on spot. I agree with every word. I am bamboozled how the industry let these two the writer and director survive for so long. They must be really influential 😢

Wahaj is a brilliant actor. Mistakes happen and if he is wise enough, he will be vigilant in choosing his next character and reading the script carefully.
I believe the drama cast and team should apologize to the nation for making such drama that not only made a bad social impact but also shattered the image of ethics etc.

Usama is younger than Yumna and he looks younger than her on screen too (some people look older for their age but he doesn't). When I started watching Qarz e Jaan I thought the same thing that Usama doesn't pass as a Barrister, he just doesn't look old enough. His acting is good but he doesn't look senior of his subordinates😅

This drama is of a different genre. This is a like a Sanjay Leela Bansali world. It’s a para universe. Heightened emotions poetic intensity. All that is good if the script made sense. I notice that every frame has a mist like quality. It suggests a dream like view. Not crisp clear reality like. Made me think of Saawariya & Black. If the script and direction was tighter. This would have been a different drama. Bilal is like a typical SLB hero also. All sacrificing for love. And his love is pure and eternal. He will give his life for that one smile. I feel this drama is an attempt in that direction but has flaws. But people watch coz the Sadaf Bilal scenes speak of that evergreen idea of pure love. Bilal is unfaltering. Hum Dil de chuke sanam AjayD type. The perfect lover

when maya ali`s character failed to realize she is lowering her standards for ammar` character that was it for me.I tried to hang in there for the sake of wahaj and maya s chemistry but i finally stopped watching SMD after 23/24 episodes.This drama is a portrayal of toxic relationship dynamics and tbh KRQ is taking liberty after liberty messing with audience.Knowing KRQ as an individual I realized there is nothing special about his writing or story!period.

Bad performances deserve bad reviews. They should be held to high standards. We're not here for hero/celeb worship. Big names and expensive movies do not automatically equal good quality.
Pakistanis are used to excellent writing and performances and have been for decades. We grew up with dramas that used to empty the streets at night. This was decades ago when there weren't all these channels.
This drama is being roasted justifiably. Simply because it is not at the level we're used to. Bad, cheap language, overacting, melodrama, etc.
I know these dramas are being watched in India but the Indian sensibility and tastes are very different in many ways.
@@hk19478hey dear..as an Indian I agree that this drama lacks a lot in a lot of aspects..criticism is needed...then only they will not repeat such dramas..but what u r saying about Indian taste is wrong...just bcz there are some stupid serials that doesn't mean all of them are same...and abusive language is never used in Indian serials...in few ott shows it is used.. infact now a days due to ott..many good shows are being shown which u people are not able to watch such as panchayat, gullak and many more..some serials are also really good ..but due to extension they become boring after sometime..and also all of our shows are not available on RUclips..very few of them are on RUclips..so ya smd deserves this criticism..it matches no where with the brilliantly written dramas of Pakistan!

Sun Mere Dil' is my favorite drama. Every scene and dialogue carries profound meaning! This is one of his finest works; what a talented writer Pakistan has! Hehas brilliantly illustrated how a woman may struggle to comprehend true love and how the love of two men can differ. It is truly a masterpiece. 'Sun Mere Dil' is exceptional.
