That shoulder pain could be due to spondylitis. I too have that. Creams don't work.. Avoid Bending head for longer time, avoid height under head during sleep. Stretch your neck, shoulder etc.. This will work to some extent

@@upscandi job Wale ka almost slybus khatm hoota hai ...use sirf revision ki jaroorat hoti hai....jab result ayega to pata chalega .....waise to chai wala pm ban sakta hai ...lekin her chai wala pm nhi ban sakta
Kahi se to job wale bhi start krte hi hai achanak se syllabus khtm thodi ho jata hai 😅 or agar ap bhi upsc aspirant hai to apko itni negativity shobha nhi deti hai be optimistic 😁
